What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

The functionality within my company to attach to Amadeus gives me great flexibility when connecting to the outside world. With little to no down time and the consistent up time there is little to no issues when booking through Amadeus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

The setup and integration of Amadeus is timely. The product and the team that was able to assist us during both implementation and deployment were very knowledgeable however the time to value was delayed due to the complexity of the integrations. In the end we were up, connected and running within 10 days from deployment. The post deployment services were a very welcome addition as well. Not having to "deal with it" on our own the first 60 days was a huge value to us and ensured that there were no lingering issues once everything was complete. What do you like best about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

Amadeus integrates a lot of different facets of ticket issuance which makes supporting customers easier. Most changes can be done directly in the GDS without a need for manual calculation which avoids debit memoes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management?

Some commands make very little since. Most of the availability commands (AN/AP) etc don't function correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
