The insights was so helpful! It's helped us dial in our next experience! The ease of use was wonderful, the implementation and hands-on training was extremely appreciated. The customer support, customization options were absolutely easy to use. Nikita was our customer success manager and she was phenomenal! She was organized, thorough, and always made sure to advocate for us. We're going to continue to use Anyroad with our future experiences, but will limit it to our private events / bookings. The biggest obstacles we faced were: creating discount codes (we needed to reach out to Support anytime we needed discount codes), and the payouts were delayed - which defeated the purpose of our pre-sale. Another thing we needed to reach out to support about was blocking off certain time slots for specific dates. I also would have loved to see a gift card option of some sort. The app wasn't always reliable when it came time to showing the experiences or creating bookings. We often had to toggle between the web app frequently.
My other suggestion was to be able to support marketing automation integration. I was really hoping to be able to automatically integrate our customer data with our Hubspot platform. They initially offered to have someone help, but it didn't seem like it was a big priority for him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
