What do you like best about AnyRoad?

I was able to integrate AnyRoad with payment gateways and my websites easily and simply. What I didn't understand, the technical support team solved for me quickly. They were very helpful because we needed to get everything ready before the event. So their quick response was the least I expected from the AnyRoad team and so it was. Regarding its operation and features, the only thing I can say is that it correctly records the feelings of the guests and their experience at the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnyRoad?

What do you like best about AnyRoad?

AnyRoad is a tool designed to manage all aspects of an event in an easy way. It integrates all the tools necessary for its operation and management. What do you dislike about AnyRoad?

It is not an easy tool to set up. Our first event managed from AnyRoad was the most difficult part. However, we always had the support of the technical team and the other platforms to make it work. It offers a clear and detailed perspective of the data collected during an event. AnyRoad is easy to configure, it has a range of options to host any type of event. The graphs that are generated in real time are illustrative and revealing about user trends. The creation of reports is another function I value about this platform because it allows me to make a detailed report of the event and the consumer's response. The first steps are difficult, the implementation part. Connecting the APIs and carrying out tests to verify that everything works as it should is exhaustive, but it is all worth it once you have gone through that part, because all the data flows into graphs and reports. What do you like best about AnyRoad?

Setting up events is relatively easy. The platform has a wide variety of features, so it is easy for me to set up different types of events. Among these features are Webhooks integrations that allow sending the data collected by AnyRoad to third-party applications. These integrations are ready to be done and do not require coding. What do you like best about AnyRoad?

Improve customer experience. We have implemented AnyRoad in some campaigns and have received an increase in positive feedback regarding the overall consumer experience. What do you like best about AnyRoad?

The insights was so helpful! It's helped us dial in our next experience! The ease of use was wonderful, the implementation and hands-on training was extremely appreciated. The customer support, customization options were absolutely easy to use. Nikita was our customer success manager and she was phenomenal! She was organized, thorough, and always made sure to advocate for us. We're going to continue to use Anyroad with our future experiences, but will limit it to our private events / bookings. What do you dislike about AnyRoad?

The biggest obstacles we faced were: creating discount codes (we needed to reach out to Support anytime we needed discount codes), and the payouts were delayed - which defeated the purpose of our pre-sale. Another thing we needed to reach out to support about was blocking off certain time slots for specific dates. I also would have loved to see a gift card option of some sort. The app wasn't always reliable when it came time to showing the experiences or creating bookings. We often had to toggle between the web app frequently.

My other suggestion was to be able to support marketing automation integration. I was really hoping to be able to automatically integrate our customer data with our Hubspot platform. They initially offered to have someone help, but it didn't seem like it was a big priority for him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AnyRoad?

The platform is easy to use, easy to set up. Great customer care with speedy responses to questions. There also seems to be a lot of listening to clients and progressing the platform to meet increasing demands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had some glitches, that I owuld not have expected as the platform is already widley used, hoever the team are working to resolve these.

There are restirictions when creating a private event and the ability to turn that info in to a BEO to enable the operations team to run that event. Formatting is the big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
