I haven't tried any other product for managing hot desks, but I joined several demonstrations and Archie seemed to be on par with the best options other there. The only area where I think the product could be improved is visibility into colleagues schedules. You can find a colleague on a map, see when they'll be at the office and all that, but I am missing a single view, only for my team, showing planned presences for the following week or two. We opened a second space last year and switched to Archie at the same time. Plans, credits, billing setting and everything else can easily be managed and edited by our team. Getting used to the platform is quite straightforward, you still need to allocate some time to setting everything up correctly, but it's definitely easy to maintain. Archie is very intuitive for guests - people just walk in, sign in on the iPad, and they’re done in less than a minute.
