What do you like best about Skedda?

Some of the things we like the most about Skedda is the modern interface, the possibility to show a map view of our facilities (highly appreciated by both staff and users), and the fantastic customer service! It's literally the best customer service I've ever experienced—if I've had any questions about setup or features available in Skedda, our onboarding manager Patrick has answered my emails within minutes, many times even recording helpful video clips to show something! What do you dislike about Skedda?

I would say we are definitely mostly happy with the product, but of course there are always small things that could be improved. From a UX perspective, we would love for certain aspects of the booking availability (like when bookings are not allowed more than 14 days in advance) to be disabled upfront instead of showing an error message after the user tries to book something that is not allowed—but the Skedda team is also very responsive to feedback and ideas, and passes feature requests on for future consideration, so hopefully things like this will be fixed in the future👍 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skedda?

Skedda has an easy-to-use interface with robust features. Our implementation was very well supported, and they gave several presentations to my staff showing them how to use the product. We were even able to import data from our previous antiquated room management software! We have been using Skedda for a few years now, and can attest that it's very stable, still extremely easy to use, and flexible - we have recently integrated it with our Dakboard displays utilizing the iCal feed Skedda provides. What do you like best about Skedda?

Without a doubt, the customer service provided by the Skedda team has been excellent. From the intial conversations with the Account Manager, Emmalia Brock when we were first considering implementing Skedda right through to the onboarding process it has been seamless. Monash is a large organisation and it is not always each to integrate new systems, but even that process was very straightforward and efficient. We have the most amazing onboarding manager, Sam Smith, who has and continues to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the platform and has been super responsive to all of our queries. The platform itself is intuitive and very easy to use, both at the administrator level and for the user. We could not have been happier with how the whole process has evolved. What do you like best about Skedda?

I’d like to recognize and sincerely thank Gem Jefferson, our onboarding specialist at Skedda, who has been an incredible partner throughout our six-month decision-making process. From start to finish, Gem has been the face of Skedda for us—consistently representing the platform with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

He has gone above and beyond to answer every question (and there were many!), always responding quickly, thoroughly, and with a positive attitude. His deep knowledge of the platform, paired with his personable and passionate approach, made the entire experience feel seamless and supportive.

Even after we officially signed on with Skedda, Gem continued to exceed expectations. He walked me through the platform’s settings step by step and proactively shared tailored tutorials to help our entire department get up to speed and feel confident using the new system. His dedication didn’t stop at the sale—he’s been a true partner every step of the way.

What do you like best about Skedda?

Ease of access to view the floor plans and the link with Teams. The ability to configure the system to have the booker presented with options for room configuration & hospitality - which if booked, automatically issues a notification to Facilities and Catering teams. What I like best about Skedda is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes scheduling and managing spaces effortless. What do you like best about Skedda?

I have been using Skedda for around 12 months and as time goes by we have integrated Skedda more and more into our daily office planning. Started by trialling it in a single office but now we have mapped all offices, external buildings and vehicles.

The customer support is top notch. You know who to go to and it is so easy to speak to someone for any support needs, updates or tutorials. Couldn't be better.

There have been a number of updates since we first signed up. These have only enhanced Skedda. Often change can be disruptive, but all the changes and updates have been very beneficial. What do you dislike about Skedda?

What do you like best about Skedda?

We’ve been working with Skedda as part of a multi-site rollout, and while the platform is good, what really sets them apart is the quality of the support we are receiving. A special shout-out to Emmalia and Sam, who have both done everything to ensure our experience has been smooth, supportive, and collaborative from day one.They've been helpful and responsive throughout our onboarding, guiding us through the setup and always ready to assist. What do you dislike about Skedda?

We hit a bump during implementation due to timezone limitations and the way visitor tablets were licensed across venues. What could have been a major roadblock was turned into a positive, thanks to professionalism, good management decision and prompt and proactive communication and escalation. What do you like best about Skedda?

Simple to use. The Skedda information and onboarding team were amazing! It was relatively easy to set up and any challenges were easy to fix with help our onboarding manager Sam.
