What do you like best about AskCody?

It is a great platform that allows you to create and manage meeting rooms. Thanks to this, it allows you to organize your work commitments excellently, assigning them an estimated time and designating a room. All of this with a compact and very intuitive user interface, which provides the user with a great experience and efficiency when managing with the application. What do you dislike about AskCody?

It would be good if in future updates AskCody could adapt to more languages, such as Latin American Spanish, French, etc. It would also be great if it could continue reaching more platforms besides Windows. What do you like best about AskCody?

What do you like best about AskCody?

The people: Every single person I've worked with at AskCody has been wonderful. They are very responsive, super helpful and seem like they actually enjoy their work.

The product: It's lightweight, performs well, had a great admin portal and dashboard.

The use: We've been able to seamlessly replace our old solution with AskCody and have never regretted it. AskCody allows our users to take ownership of their meeting management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AskCody?

Recurring meetings need a workaround with catering but this is something that sounds like it is on the roadmap. We had so many unique rules that I don't even dislike that I need to workaround for catering but had to write something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AskCody?

Easy of use, the fact that there is not a portal that users need to access, it is right in Outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AskCody?

I am still lacking the feature to book a reoccurring meeting at multiple locations and add services for each location. And we do want SSO for the portal so it is easier for our admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AskCody?

I LOVE that AskCody is integrated with Outlook. It makes reserving, editing and canceling reservations so quick and easy. The interface is very easy to use and is so customizable to our needs. I love that we can make it our own and customize our rooms, vendors, and services from the Admin side. From the user perspective I love how quick and easy it is to make a reservation and to filter room options down to the elements that I need for any given meeting. It is very customizable and adaptable based on the size, location, and technology that I need for room reservation which is great especially since we have conference rooms in multiple offices. My absolute favorite part of switching over to AskCody for our Room Reservation System is working with Colleen Sickles. She has been such a great resource and has been there at every turn as we have implemented this program in our organization. She always keeps us up to date on the questions or tickets that we have with AskCody, and has been an invaluable resource for us. Colleen always has a positive approach and provides fantastic troubleshooting and training to our group as we continue to integrate AskCody to our firm. She is a delight to work with an has made this transition so seamless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AskCody?

One downside of AskCody is not being able to order services to reoccuring meetings. Reoccuring meetings is something that we do a lot of and I think that having that feature would be valuable for the platform. I also wish there was a way to edit or remove other people's meetings or to be able to edit or remove meetings made from a shared calendar, sometimes when people are out of the office or need somoene to step in, it can be helpful to have other to access those meetings as needed and update the requests. Otherwise, I really love AskCody and have found it to be extemley user friendly. It is a change from what we are used to, and there have been some growing pains on how we want to customize and use it for our organization, but I think that those things will get ironed out as we continue to use AskCody more and more as a whole.
