I like the teleprompter... that was my first reason to buy BigVu and the AI for eye mapping, but I struggled to do much more as far as editing for final output so I used other tools.

Their use of AI for script writing was a game changer and updating the videos... so no it is my everything tool.

They have added features for overlays and modifying the location of the captions (which was a real pain before) . The desktop/cloud version is easy to use once you get a handle on the logic of order in which to do the editing and the program saves a new take with every main update. Sometimes support can lag for US based users, but they are very responsive via email and they will set up a call with pro users. And you can get different answers from different support people so it is clear they are hiring up so I expect this to change and improve with time.

They still have bugs... Or perhaps it is software updates that cause it. But their tech team is 'working on it'

There is a lag in video audio syncing that is very noticeable in the raw video -- at least when recording via a mobile device - Pixel Android system. it improves when you add captions because their AI tries to map to the mouth like it does with the eyes.

Also some of the captions options will not display the highlight features or punctuation. There isn't an explanation of which styles do all caps or no punctuation so you have to play around with it to find what works for you.

As with a lot of AI particularly image generation, it is really a hit and miss. Anything it tries to interpret from your video to create an image with words is nonsensical and a waste of time. And the AI can pick up some things to autocorrect, but will miss redundant words and consistency in displaying a sequence like 'Number 1" to #1 but not change Number 2... and if you realize you chose a caption that doesn't do punctuation or symbols, then you have to edit anyway. Captions are sometimes generated not exactly at the right moment. So manual synchronization is need. The reason may be because I'm talking in French. The editing tools sometimes feel a bit clunky, especially when I’m trying to make detailed adjustments. adding B-rolls it's not that much features like Capcut, It works fine for quick edits, but I wish they had more advanced options for professional-level editing. BIGVU does all the steps, you can process every step of the way to posting content with BigVu. Creating scripts, teleprompter, AI fixes on the videos, editing, Subtitling/Captions. Literally does it all. And now there are PRO features for AI avatars and more. This software has a great mobile app and Desk app, that speak to each other, unlike other Softwares. Creator pages you can send for connecting with clients.... I love it all. I use this app almost 4 times a week, every week. You can just start using it immediately with out any learning curve. What's great about it is that you can format your own creations to suit the formats required by each social media.

While I’m a huge fan of BigVu and use it constantly, there’s one area I’d love to see improved: the free video and image library. The selection is a bit limited, and it can sometimes take a while for the free assets to load when I’m enhancing my final product. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but having a more robust library (and faster access) would take an already amazing tool to the next level.
