What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like best the reports and the ability to extract valuble data about your NPS and review score. Listing management is a great tool assuaring online consistency of information and helps SEO. Easy to update business hours when managing multiple locations and respond to your reviews to all locations in one centralized place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I don't like that they are not easy customisble for multilingual interfaces. The cost per location is not always a win for all their features and the choice to choose the service for one location only is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
