What do you like best about Blitzz?

Blitzz has enabled us to respond even better to the maintenance needs of our customers.

Indeed in some cases it is absolutely necessary to remove the doubt on certain technical points.

A photo or a video are then much more meaningful than a description made by a client who does not necessarily have the necessary technical vocabulary. Blitzz thus makes it possible to bridge the difference between what we imagine and reality. Our diagnoses are therefore much more reliable and the resolution time is greatly reduced. I don’t find any problems using Blitzz. It has the best feature I could ever experience and I am satisfied with it. Blitzz does not require any downloads on your computer or mobile device and is easily the most beautifully designed video support software. What do you like best about Blitzz?

I found Blitzz much easier to use than any other video assist app. The interface is very simple and interactive. The best thing is that we don't have to download any app. Just click on the link and you are connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

The call recording is available in .mp4 format. Mostly I have to transcribe the videos after the call. I would like the audio and video to be available separately in mp3 format so we can transcribe it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy access even for a noob. I never had a better video support application. With companies enabling work-from-home in these Covid times, this application has become more relevant for me to provide remote assistance to my clients in real-time.
