What do you like best about Brand24?

I was particularly impressed by Brand24's real-time social listening capabilities and its ability to track mentions across multiple platforms. The sentiment analysis feature was also incredibly useful in helping me understand the tone and context of online conversations about my brand. What do you dislike about Brand24?

While I'm overall very satisfied with Brand24, one area where it could improve is in filtering out irrelevant or spam mentions. Occasionally, I've come across mentions that aren't entirely relevant to my brand or industry, which can make it slightly challenging to get a precise picture of my online presence. What do you like best about Brand24?

Brand24 makes it very easy to track brand mentions in real time across social media, blogs, news sites, and forums. The sentiment analysis is accurate and helps us quickly identify positive and negative feedback. I also like the clean, intuitive dashboard and how easy it is to generate reports for internal stakeholders. The integrations with tools like Slack make collaboration seamless. What do you dislike about Brand24?

While the platform is excellent, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the data refresh can take longer than expected during peak times. The historical data access is limited in some pricing plans, which can be a drawback for long-term analysis. Also, deeper integrations with more third-party platforms (beyond the existing ones) would make the tool even more powerful. Brand24 is an excellent internet and media monitoring tool — all your brand mentions are in one place! We can quickly analyze customer feedback, respond in real time, and manage our brand’s reputation with ease. Automated reports and AI-powered insights give us everything we need to boost campaign performance and create more customer-focused content. In short, it is an intuitive dashboard, with key data delivered in clear, easy-to-interpret summaries and valuable insights. There is all in one tool, which is very convenient. What do you dislike about Brand24?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially when fine-tuning keywords and filters to get the most relevant results. What do you like best about Brand24?

The new design of the analytics tab is a solid improvement — it feels more intuitive and helps visualize insights more clearly. We've also noticed better segmentation when managing multiple projects, which is a big plus for our team. The platform remains fast and stable, even when tracking large volumes of data. What do you dislike about Brand24?

It would still be great to have full Spanish support across the dashboards and PDF reports. Also, being able to export a single consolidated PDF that includes all active projects (instead of downloading one by one) would significantly improve efficiency when managing multiple brands. What do you like best about Brand24?

The current universe of media involves an ever-increasing number of channels, platforms, and media variety: digital, print, audio, video, and – often – a combination of more than one. Keeping track of potential sources of content is a challenge met either by allocating tedious, time-consuming human hours pouring over the minutiae of detailed channels, or integrating Brand24 in the mix. Fortunately Brand24 ability to save us many hours of work has become a critical component of our reputation management capability, without which we would not be as informed as we now are. The most useful aspect of Brand24 was not only its ability to monitor all mentions and interactions live, but also to interpret them along with AI to understand their true impact. On the other hand, it is also worth highlighting that the assistance from the Brand24 staff is a great advantage, as they provided us with instant solutions and the necessary confidence to get to know the tool in depth. 10/10. What do you like best about Brand24?

The software is easy to use, they have decent guides and help docs, and the support is stellar. A very good app for tracking mentions. Lots of filters to hone in on the results that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

I wish there were a "pause account" option. We only use it when a client requires this specific service which is somewhat infrequent, so I wind up cancelling and reopening once or twice per year. Support folks are really good about cancel/reopen assistance, no friction or resistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
