What do you like best about BrandMail?

We have been using brandmail for 3 months now and am really pleased with the support that we received implimenting the product. It is great that we can update employee details via the platform and we appreciate the customisations the team made for us. When I first joined the company, there was no standard email signature, everyone used their own style. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected. What do you like best about BrandMail?

No matter if I send emails on my iPhone, Laptop or Outlook web app, my emails will always be signed with my corporate signature. There is no manual input required. Emails sent from my iPhone are automatically signed by Brandquantums MS365 connector.

When I got a new PC, I had placed the Brandquantum Windows application into my Microsoft Sharepoint site, and pulled the application from the site to the new PC and run the installer by myself without any input from Brandquantum's Team. I restarted outlook, synced the BRANDMAIL Add-on under Settings to the BQ Africa region and I was up and running again branding all my emails.

Brandquantum's signature automation is incredible, I can easily change or update my contact information/signature within the Outlook BRANDMAIL tab and it syncs immediately. (No time wasted waiting for minor changes)

If we require a full redesign on our email signatures, Brandquantums team always deliver a clean and appealing look to it.

It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out.
