We have been using CodeTwo for almost three years, and what stands out the most is its ease of use and setup. The platform makes email signature management simple and centralised, saving us a lot of time while ensuring consistent branding across the organisation.

Our marketing team runs multiple campaigns, and switching from one campaign to another is quick and easy to roll out across the whole organisation. The integration with Active Directory is also seamless—any changes made in AD are instantly reflected in email signatures, which keeps everything accurate and up to date.

On the flip side, while CodeTwo generally performs well, there are a couple of drawbacks. For instance, setting up signatures for shared mailboxes can be a bit tricky. Additionally, there are certain situations where signatures can’t be applied directly through CodeTwo, and it would be awesome to see improvements in that area in future updates. The initial deployment on our tenant was completed within a few minutes. Almost all signatures could be adopted from Exchange Rules Pro without further adjustments. The entire migration from on-premises to the cloud in this area went smoothly.

In addition to the very simple implementation, I find the seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 environment to be the best feature. Our customers' employees receive the signature without having to do anything themselves. Onboarding is much more professional because there is no need to laboriously create an existing signature via copy and paste. A simple and very professional solution. During the initial setup, it takes hours for all signatures to be distributed. Sometimes it takes a long time for new users to receive a signature. Software keeps all the signatures clean in the organization. Depending on the organisation's needs, you can use predefined templates for your signatures or you can easily create your template in the WYSIWYG editor.

Another advantage is the signature applying algorithm, there are so many options to model which template and when it should be applied. The administrator can fine-tune it for business needs.

I set it, and forget it. It just works. Once in a while the marketing team decides they need to update the signature and every in the company has an updated E-mail in minutes. No one has to go make adjustments, not waiting on people to make adjustments or having people with different signatures because they want something different. Everyone has the same signature format across the company. The one time in the 4 plus years, I needed help I called and had a real person answered. I've found CodeTwo's ease-of-use to be one of it's many benefits. Our company's adoption of CodeTwo has allowed me to edit and deploy email signatures for our entire firm from the comfort of my own computer. When I had issues with my signatures, they were quick to reach out and provide me a solution. All I had to do was upload what they sent me, as they took the initiative to fix my issue, and I was easily able to update our signatures. There's not much to say about what I dislike regarding CodeTwo. One of the hiccups I noticed, however, was when I was publishing a new signature, it sometimes did not show up in Outlook. It would either take a few seconds to show up or I would have to manually insert it via the provided Outlook widget.
