"Streamlined and collaborative project execution tool"
What do you like best about Cutover?

Cutover makes coordinating complex projects much easier. The live dashboards and task timelines help keep everyone on the same page, and the real-time updates mean we can adapt quickly when priorities shift. The interface is intuitive, and onboarding new team members is straightforward. I particularly like how it centralises communication and reduces the need for endless email chains. What do you dislike about Cutover?

While powerful, some customisation options feel limited — especially around reporting formats and integrations with smaller third-party tools. The mobile experience, though functional, can be a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Also, initial setup takes some time to get just right for your workflow. "Essential in ensuring success/co-ordination within our project. Quick and easy platform to master."
What do you like best about Cutover?

It is quick and easy to pick up the skill required to efficiently and effectively nagivate Cutover. Any small queries were quickly answered/resolved by the support team. During the period I was using the paltform there were multiple updates, providing even more beneficial fixes/services, which increased the interaction between our teams and Cutover. Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutover?

We had a few technical difficulties within the platform in the first few weeks of setting it up. Some of the key functionalities that Cutover offers, that sets it apart from other platforms, weren't available to us. However, these issues were resolved relatively quickly by the Cutover team. The customer service team is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutover - The number one tool for runbook management"
What do you like best about Cutover?

I utlised Cutover at a previous company and when i then started a new role at a new company, working on the Migration Project Team, I was determined to get the application onboarded.

As expected it has proven invaluable since we acquired Cutover, using it to support many Dry Runs and Dress Rehearsals, refining each iteration as we progressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutover?

Certain limitations on the MI dashbaords has resulted in creating MI outside of the application which is unfortunate, With Phase 2 of the project on the horizon hopefully there will be scope to address this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutover - Application Orchestration Review"
What do you like best about Cutover?

Cutover is a technology platform designed to help organizations plan, orchestrate, and manage critical events such as software releases, data center migrations. Features I personally like are - Enhanced risk management and Real-time visibility and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cutover?

Cost: Cutover is a subscription-based platform, which means that organizations must pay a fee to use it. Depending on the size of the organization and the number of events being managed, this cost may be significant.

Integration with existing systems: Cutover may need to integrate with other systems or tools that are already in use by an organization, such as IT service management (ITSM) or project management tools. This integration may require additional setup and configuration work.

Reliance on technology: Cutover is a technology platform, and as such, organizations may be vulnerable to technology failures or interruptions. This can be mitigated with appropriate backup plans and contingencies, but it is a risk to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
