The vendor proposals that come back from RFPs often are simply price sheets and vendors typically want to talk outside of the Cvent platform to work out details. Cvent Passkey has been a blessing to my property to say the least. It has increased out ancillary revenue by over $100k in room upsells alone. It has also streamlined our Individual Reservation process, giving attendees the power to choose their accommodations while enjoying our fabulous amenities. Event Planners can easily access registration, reservations, and logistics for their room block which lets them know exactly where their numbers are for registration, staff rooms, and VIP accommodations. I use the software every day to report to our leadership teams and all of the reports were easy to understand.
