What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I joined the company about three months ago and Capsule was completely new to me. Having used a few other CRMs in the past, I can honestly say this one is by far the easiest to get to grips with. It is clean, intuitive, and everything just makes sense. You do not waste time trying to figure out where things are.

Within a day or two I was already comfortable logging calls, updating opportunities and tracking projects without needing any training, which is something we do a lot of. It is clear the system has been designed with real users in mind.

Capsule has made managing customer relationships much simpler and more organised, and it is genuinely easy to use, which is not something I can say about many CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capsule is super simple to use and helps me to organise my workload without having to manually chase 100 things over a million different tasks. Capsule is an absolute game changer to removing unessacary paperwork and manual reminders. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

Should also mention that the customer service team have always been fantastic whenever we've needed a bit of extra help - quick to respond and informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances. What I really like about Capsule is the ability to communicate with support and not waste time with a bot when I need something, and also that they take practical feedback seriously. With some features, it's clear they are not yet completely polished. For example, I have a problem when using an email alias, so we cannot send emails through Capsule because we send everything from a different domain, and we have to use an add-on. I was missing a similar refinement in automation so I could use it more. These are specific requirements for our company, so most companies probably won't be interested, but it's a shame not to be able to fully utilize the potential of the CRM when, from my perspective, so little is missing. My company made the switch to Capsule a few years ago, and I was experiencing some growing pains related to the switch and loss of features I was used to using. Generally speaking, the product is way better than out previous one, but a few features that made my day to day work easier didn't exist. A submitted a couple of feature requests, and not only were they met with quick, kind responses, they have been developed and added in a pretty short time. I'm a fan of the product and the support! I really enjoy using Capsule - and that is the first time I've said that about a CRM. We've been using Capsule for a while and we reviewed many other big name CRM systems before settling on Capsule. The benefits we see are that Capsule is simple, clean and straightforward to use. On other systems I'd find myself hunting through settings and preferences trying to get something to work - with Capsule it just works. So many CRMs feel over complicated and overwhelming. Capsule CRM is a simple account-based CRM. The simplicity is great because it's easy to get started. I was up and running on the first day. There are multiple pipelines to support our different workflows, and an integration with an affiliated marketing software (Transpond) that just works out of the box. Tasks and tracks make it easy to remember who to follow up with. The ability to keep track of active projects and associate multiple opportunities with a single account or contact mean both sales and account management can use this tool to track an account relationship through its entire lifecycle. This CRM is very easy to use and easy to set up as someone with no prior CRM use. The opportunity feature enables us to keep on top of tasks per case. Also, the filtering options are helpful when trying to complete tasks at the same time and covering others' tasks when they are not able to work.
