What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

The calendar of the schedule has a nice layout. I like how it previews a patient's name, ID number, length of visit, and reason for the visit. I like how the entire history of the patient's appointments are listed in one place for an easy scroll through; it also lists who the provider is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

Some simple features could be added to make the interface even more accessible. One of which is a simple button on the main page to skip to the next day; instead of the way it is now, you have to click a button to get to a calendar and then select the day or the "next day button". What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

The software and interface is so user friendly that the learning curve is basically non existent for anyone who has operated a smart phone. It has all the needed functionality without being clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

The software does not integrate with iOS. This is by far the largest drawback. Do not purchase this software if your facility is already set up with Apple products. Also, I could see the system being annoying for very large facilities. It is great for smaller bed facilities but may be too cumbersome for large bed practices. What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

Without any prior or official training, Cerner was a breeze to jump into. Simple things, such as looking up patient info is easy to do. Options and functions are clearly labeled and extremely to easy to find. Charting is simply and straight forward. Being able to have our different care plans saved greatly improves efficiency which in turn improves the care focus on the patient. The complaints I've heard from co-workers all stemmed from co-workers not taking the time to set up themselves up for success to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

The downside that I've encountered most frequently seems to be more of a bug. Occasionally, when searching for a patient, it will return with no patient found, even if everything is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Caretracker allows us to track program specifics for those we serve in an easy manner. By using touch screens and building intuitive question frameworks staff can easily document services provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

They aren't keeping up with technology. The kiosk app will only run with IE and no other browser. Why in this day and age is it not browser agnostic. It severely limits where we can utilize the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

I think Cerner is beneficial to every party involved within the senior housing industry. From the primary caretakers, the management team, and most importantly - the patients. This software helps connect everyone and keep everyone on the same page. The transparency amongst the groups is what makes this software so valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

There wasn't much to dislike from the actual usage of the software. The software capabilities were very solid, however, I thought the interface could have used some improvement. I didn't feel it was very user friendly, and at times I had colleagues that were not sure how to do certain things. I think that in an industry where there are "elderly" people (including the people who are using the software), it should be easier to use itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

I liked how everything was connected. It's helpful to be able to enter health info from patient charts, add appointments on the schedule and also use the information to generate reports for management. What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

Sometimes an appointment can be hiding if you don't have all the right criteria selected. It's nice to be able to filter appointments based on selected criteria, but annoying if an appointment is hiding on the books simply b/c it's at a different hospital/office. Not a major problem and easily fixed, but might be better if selected criteria was highlighted (and unselected appointments lightened) instead of making the rest of the week disappear. What do you like best about Cerner CareTracker?

We were using this tool for a patient population made up of seniors. It was very user friendly and easy for this population to use. It allowed healthcare practitioners to quickly and easily monitor the health of their patients and thus, tailor their healthcare to better meet the needs of their patients. What do you dislike about Cerner CareTracker?

Although the program uses pictures to ascertain how patients are doing, patients noted that they felt the graphics to be overly simplistic and a bit childish at times.
