What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

Reporting is easy and reporting on custom fields is just as simple as out of the box reports. You can report on hours, costs, and group items for more comparisons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

The only item I wish we could do is group assignments. Meaning if I have 100 hours and 2 people are working on it, it would be great if it tracked those hours vs indivdiual assignments. It helps with the milestones and project phases and reporting but it can cause some juggling of hours if people are not working on assignments equally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data is in one place so we can track from estimate to final billing and know the details in between. We know what is coming up, who is working on what, who is available and can track time, expenses, and materials all on the project. Further, the ability to add fields for more details creates super quick reports to answer questions such as type of project, type of resource and a ton of other metrics. What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

We have been using the PSA resource planner and Project planner for the last few months, and it has made our lives much easier to plan the team workload and forecast project needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

We are issue some issues with timesheet validation which forces us to recreate our internal projects every once in a while but nothing we cannot live with. Most of our other problems are more process or operation dependent than related to the PSA itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The client support is helpful and once you have taken the training offered, it becomes easier to configure. It is not that user-friendly, though and so it takes time to adapt to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not very configurable and cannot be easily adapted to processes as they have their view on what best practice should be and stick to it rigidly. There should be more investment in the usability of the tool and the mobile offering is very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
