"Churchteams is the best for our church!"

What do you like best about Churchteams?

Their support team is excellent! It is wonderful to be able to do everything in one place and have all our leaders and staff be able to access that data when they need it. It has streamlined our communications with email & text, sign-ups and keeps contact info for our members up to date. Child Check-in labels has been a huge help for our Children's ministry, during our services and special events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churchteams?

I wish our worship team would use churchteams but they don't because there isnt music attached and they can't do the order of the service. Other than that it does everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Churchteams solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have streamlined communication with email, text, sign ups and workflows. Check-in with labels has been amazing. I like how many ways to sign up with links and text words to use. What do you like best about Churchteams?

The support folks are the best. They are knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We don't have to wait long for help. We evaluated several others, and this one far exceeds the others in functionality from both the membership and financial sides. The ability for group leaders to easily access the database and keep track is a plus. The robust email capability is the best on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churchteams?

That you cannot customize the user access levels a bit more. I'd like to see a more robust volunteer sign-up application. Misspellings are not always getting flagged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For help with getting members to update their information, all they need to do is text ME to your Text-to-Church number, click the name of the family they want to update and save any changes. We recommend that you post this info and the ME keyword so they can easily see it regularly, such as on your website, worship screen, and bulletin. Let our Support team know how we can help!

In their effort to diminish administrative work...the software causes the administrator to do more merging of records. However...the payoff is worth this extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Church Teams is very user friendly and is a great support for our Pastors. They can easily access Church Teams on their phone for a quick look up of a congregants info or get a 360 degree view of the whole family. What do you like best about Churchteams?

The software has grown in capability over the years. What first caught my attention was the ease for small group leaders to report their meeting attendance. This gave us much better insight into what was happening in our small groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churchteams?

The software does so much more and therefore has become a little more complicated to use. All the information is there but it may take a little time to sort through the menu's to find what you are looking for. This is not so much a problem as a reality that comes with a full church management software package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
