What do you like best about ClinicMind?

We have used Clinic Mind EHR software (and earlier iterations) for almost 15 years now. The system has evolved over time and they continue to make updates to make systems and processes more user friendly for patients and staff. What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Our biggest challenge revolves around the billing team and difficulties with insurance processing/payments. Many time we are going back to the billers and asking that they re-look at or submit claims that we know should have been processed or they should have worked through on behalf of our clinic. What do you like best about ClinicMind?

The hands on training on the software is very in depth and is done with an actual person through Zoom. They have all been very communicative and insist on making sure that you understand what has been covered in each training.
