What do you like best about Cloodot?

My favourite thing about Cloodot is its user-friendly experience. I’m so comfortable navigating through the windows, monitoring performances, and checking messages. The platform they provide is very neat and organized, making it effortless to find something. I never thought communicating with customers will be this much interesting and simple. Our customers have started to notice our improved interactions and we’re getting positive responses from them. The painful process of collecting customer feedback is all behind us now. What do you dislike about Cloodot?

Everything is fine. Even if there is any problem, they provide prompt support. So, it’s not even really a problem!

What do you like best about Cloodot?

The best thing about Cloodot is that it helps you to create fast resolutions. Our interaction quality is much higher with Cloodot. It has been a great help in answering queries pretty fast. No wonder our response rate automatically improved, especially with such user-friendly tools! It was generally very easy to set up. It’s fantastic how Cloodot handles our conversations and reviews on different platforms exceptionally well. The collaborative access to the platform has helped me to team up with all of my colleagues, creating a coordinated work output. Dividing the interactions into different sections, labeling them, and adding custom notes have redefined our work efficiency and promptness. The review management is perfect as well. What do you like best about Cloodot?

Definitely the all in one chat inbox. Facebook, google, whatsapp, texts, webchats, everything in one inbox. I don’t have to keep a gazillion chrome tabs open now. There is an option to see a channel wise splitup of how many chats im handling, how many are awaiting replies and so on. It really helps me improve myself. Cloodot changed the way we interacted with our customers. The responses became faster, and conversations became engaging with Cloodot. What do you like best about Cloodot?

The interface provided by Cloodot is very friendly and easy to use. We’ve been able to manage comments from customers and their feedback with absolute ease.
