What I appreciate most about ComplianceQuest QMS is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. I was able to learn and navigate the system quickly, and our team adapted to it with ease. What problems is ComplianceQuest QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find ComplianceQuest highly beneficial for managing change control and document management. My company has been struggling to keep many documents, especially contracts, up to date. What do you like best about ComplianceQuest QMS?

CQ covers all the regulatory requirements that our organization follows. All aspects of our QMS, however, I have found that validation of the implementation is not representative of the actual production environment. At least in our particular case. Hopefully, this will get resolved in future installs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ComplianceQuest QMS?

Noticeable latency with processing speeds when performing actions. Certain modules will suggest "Next Best Actions" that are not really the next best action. A more intuitive process flow would be suggested. he production environment does not always mirror the sandbox environment when used for training whitch cause confusion for team members. Also many strange errors pop up that require a help desk ticket. Resolution of help desk tickets can take long as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CQ: User Friendly"

What do you like best about ComplianceQuest QMS?

Compliance Quest has helped us streamline our training, has helped our Safety Manager and our Enviromental Manager be productive and stay on top of all of our EHS needs. It has also helped us with our document control and our containment needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ComplianceQuest QMS?

I like the ability to add and edit CAPAs and the ease of the system when integrating crucial information. When implementing, all the steps help not only me as the user but also give ease to the customers wanting these CAPAs to be processed correctly and fast with a breeze. I do CAPAs frequently, and the use of it helps with supporting customers to not only my customers, but other customers, the ability to make sure that customer support is give correctly is crucial in my work environment. What do you dislike about ComplianceQuest QMS?

I dislike how if a photo isn't added when submitting the CAPA, the only way to add those photos is separate via files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Team and Product"

What do you like best about ComplianceQuest QMS?

COmpliance Quest and the team that supports it is really helping our company to move from a manual, paper based system into a digitized space. The ease of working with the team and the user friendliness of the software is incredible. As a Quality professional who has worked with many other platfomrs, I can say that this platform builds in user friendly cues to failsafe the process. Most of the time, being implentation phase of an electronic system is a nightmare however the CQ team has really gone above and beyond to make this transition easier.
