What do you like best about Crosschq?

I like how user-friendly it is and how the data is presented - it makes it very easy to use and easy to understand. I love the various filters and the ability to grab visuals of the data which is helpful for presentation purposes. I like how seamless it is integrated with our ATS. What do you dislike about Crosschq?

For roles with a high volume of candidates, it becomes difficult to navigate; the pages take too long to load and it is hard to analyze. Some of the data does not load at all or it loads incorrectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crosschq?

TalentWall is an amazing solution for weekly hiring manager calls and executive analytics. We use the tool in our weekly calls with hiring managers to share where candidates are in the process, make decisions from the meeting (move candidates in the process, reject, add notes). It allows us to very clearly have a snapshot of what is going on. We have built a custom dashboard for the exec team on priority roles that gets shared weekly.

The analytics page is incredible. As a person who has built many custom reports, having a tool that does all analytics for you is incredible. We closely track our Time to Hire, Time to Fill, activity over time, and conversion rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crosschq?

What do you like best about Crosschq?

Ease of use. Crosschq thought about companies that are growing fast and have a focus on efficiency. The online vs. over-the-phone checks have more information and are more insightful than an awkward phone call with someone you barely know. This gives the person leaving the reference space to be authentic about their experience with the candidate and the hiring team more insightful information about the said candidate. What do you dislike about Crosschq?

Oh man, I like the integration with Lever (our ATS), how fast the checks are done, the reminder emails... I am having some serious trouble coming up with what I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crosschq?

The automation and ease of use! Crosschq has saved me HOURS each week. Surveys also give wonderful information and insight on the candidated. The Crosschq staff is also so amazing in that they are so helpful and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crosschq?

I only wish that I could dismiss some alerts. While I appreciate seeing them, I know that a fraction of them are not true, but appear on the report anyway. For example, a candidate enters a direct supervisor as a reference and both work within the same proximity of the building. Their locations set off the same IP address alert and again, while I appreciated knowing this information, I would like to dimiss the alert in certain situations so the candidate does not look trustworthy during audits of files. What do you like best about Crosschq?

As a recruiter, I used to spend every Friday afternoon chasing down references for the sales candidates I hired since it is a requirement for our hiring process, and it was my least favorite task to do. Enter, Crosschq and the entire reference check process became automated. It is simple to execute and gets references back quickly and efficiently, which has helped decrease our time to hire. Additionally, we receive thorough feedback from the references that we can easily track and share with our hiring managers. We have had a few glitches since we started using Crosschq- some that almost impacted hires. The crosschq team is always helpful, and quick to respond when needed.
