What do you like best about Dynasend?

Dynasend provides us with a professional signature with every email. Whether that is a new message or a reply, the appropriate signature is added in the appropriate location every single time. End users set their signature one time and no further maintenance is required. Adding signatures to our mobile devices is a breeze allowing our users to continue using the profession signature while responding remotely.

When changes are required company wide for campaigns, the process is simple and efficient.

If we do run into an issue, customer support responsiveness has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynasend?

I really do not have much to say about 'dislike'. If I had to say one thing, it would be that sometimes the work hours between our company locations can cause a delay. But it would be a minor inconvenience at the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dynasend?

Rex, Fed, & Team have been nothing but accommodating any request we may come up with. Their product is stable, easy to use and easy to implement. They have detailed documentation on how to integrate it into our environment and if there are ever any questions they're just an email away.

With every new feature they come out with we have a new way we want to use it that they're eager to make happen for us. Never have I worked with a company that is so flexible on making things work for their customers, tweaking their code to accommodate almost any request and it always seamlessly just works.

Dynasend is used daily by all of our employees and has been a great experience since the beginning!

What do you like best about Dynasend?

I love that the email signatures get pushed out automatically to our user's desktop and mobile Outlook clients with the DynaSend "Add-in" for our Microsoft 365 tenant. In fact, the entire set up and deployment of the DynaSend signature platform doesn't require any end-user participation at all. It's all done on the admin side and I love that. I also like DynaSend's "How to" documentation. It's comprehensive and easy to access, with pictures and arrows.. Very easy to follow. And DynaSend is very responsive and easy to reach if you need to ask questions. I also like that DynaSend offers a very generous 90-day free trial to set up and use the product, and there are no contracts or term obligations. I can cancel whenever I want. Their customer service is just excellent, and at $1 per signature per month, I can see why people stay with DynaSend for the long term. There are several email signature providers out there, but the owner's software engineering and web development background really come to the fore with DynaSend to make the customer experience above and beyond the others. DynaSend tailors each account to the exact needs of the customer and I would recommend them to anyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynasend?

DynaSend is an American company, but their main office is in Europe. They are still very reachable and responsive. Our company is on the West coast of the US, and I was still able to speak with them on the phone for our initial consultations, and easily corresponded with them via email for follow-up questions along the way. In fact, my emails were responded to faster than with other companies here in the US! Their office location is not a deal-breaker at all, but it should be noted.. Customer Service (Rex) is topnotch! Consistently quick and helpful assistance with setup, implementation, and troubleshooting. The platform is so easy to deploy through Azure and manage.

I love that Dynasend allows us to enforce consistent, on-brand email signatures across our organization. It integrates with Microsoft 365, ensuring that signatures are kept up-to-date automatically.

I used to have to create individual signatures for everyone in our corporate headquarters. This saved me time and we were able to use it across the entire outside network! Their customer support is incredible too, where we've always been able to get any help we needed quickly. They go above and beyond and are incredibly easy to work with.
