What do you like best about Explori?

The Explori team is a core strength of my relationship with Explori - from general customer support to partnering with us to fundamentally change how we approach customer listening in our business, we've had, and continue to have, a great and transparrent dialogue on how we can change as a business, as well as use these learnings to help Explori too.

Generally, the ability for YoY comparisons and custom dashboards is a great feature and relatively easy to use when trying to slice across multiple events and portfolios at one time.

The pro-insight and persona-level reports and presentations hold great utility for us to enact change at both the event level and the regional level. Being able to view the sentiment of our customer's is invaluable and the flexibility for Explori to change how they approach these reports to improve their utility has been very much appreciated. What do you dislike about Explori?

There is nothing I fundamentally dislike about Explori. What I would like to see more of is:

- more YoY comparisons outside of just quantative data in reports

- improved ease of use of the data explorer feature to slice at the divisional and regional levels.

- An improved qualititaitve offering - I'm aware this exists but viewing Explori as a potential vendor for on-site in-depth interviews would be great. If Explori is primarily a SaaS offering, then this makes sense.

- Further support and thought leadership in helping measure exhibitor ROI at the organisational level. Aware there is an ROI tool for exhibitor use but it is a core pain point across the industry with organisers often needing to hold this burden, making this a core issue that Explori should help us organisers solve. What do you like best about Explori?

Reliability: Explori isn't just a survey tool, it's a RESEARCH tool, providing data and trends to help you benchmark your events against yourself, the industry and sector.

Robust platform: The Explori survey platform is easy to use, yet robust in its ability to ask and capture data that provides actionable insights. The reporting allows you to drill down and examine your data so much deeper than other "leading" survey tools.

Expertise: The Explori team can help you collect the best data, understand the data you collect and help you make even better decisions to improve your products, events, and services. We've used them for live focus group research, tapped into their extensive data on specific event elements and continue to get first-rate advice from their team members. What do you like best about Explori?

Black Hat Events has been working with Explori since 2014. From our initial beta test 11 years ago through our current surveys, our partnership has never been stronger. We've come to rely on the Explori team to manage everything from initial consultation, through survey building, deployment, email invitations, data gathering and analysis, to final post mortem reports and recommendations.

The platform itself is robust and flexible enough to give us everything we need for our surveys, while the benchmarking tools provide a wealth of historical data on our own events as well as how we compare with others in our industry.

However, what has kept us together with Explori for 11 years is the customer service. Quite simply, the Explori team is outstanding. They are proactive, innovative, responsive and unfailingly professional. We are lucky to have them a our partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Explori regularly as part of our event strategy. It has really changed the game for our survey strategy by truly giving meaningful measurements and KPIs that the team actually uses post-survey collection. Often times reviewing survey results feels daunting and overwhelming, but Explori makes the process quick and easy.
