What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Fair pricing and great support. I cant stress how important support is during vendor setups and last minute changes and they check all the boxes! Started with SPS Commerce and it was a nightmare. eZCom does not even compare. I did alot of research before choosing eZCom. Leaving a review to help other's save time. Highly Recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

They are quick to answer questions and update settings and maps. Always keep you informed, have worked with all types of Dropship partners. Very dependable platform, they follow up with the customer if there is a transmission issue, most likely the problem comes from the vendor and not EZCOM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Would like them to develop order management systems, not satisfied with their pricing models. Printing UPS labels should not be so expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
