What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Our eZCom Software was easy to learn and relatively user friendly. The eZCom team made the implementation process seamless, and they provided clear instructions to integrate our existing items. On the few occasions when we have been unable to figure out how to pull specific data, the support staff at eZCom has been exceptionally helpful and timely. We have several users that engage with the software daily, and we love that multiple associates can access it at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Locating PO's that have been fully processed can be tricky. Searching for items can also be cumbersome if the items are not set up with the item numbers in specific fields. Once we figured that out, it has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like that I can go to one place to complete everything needed for Tractor Supply purchase orders. The process is long enough but eZCom makes it a little easier once you get the hang of it.

I also like when there is an issue, I can call the tech line and speak with someone right away. A couple of times I had to wait long minutes but normally the wait time is small.

I also really like their Customer Service team. We had an issue with Tractor Supply and Dallas and his team jumped in and did not give up until we were satisfied. Along the same lines, there was a massive issue with their whole site and we were unable to access the information needed to ship products. Because of this, we received Compliance charges and eZCom immediately reached out an took care of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

There are a lot of steps to complete PO paperwork. Like I stated in the LIKES, the process is easy once you have the hang of it but there are still a lot of steps to get through.

With these same steps, there is a lot of information in the PO area that has information not needed. Which can make some areas confusing.

With Tractor Supply, every load is different. Sometimes there is an issue and the steps to complete the process in eZCom are not clear. I have had to call Tech and have someone walk me through it.

The website does not make changing company information easy. 4 years ago we had staff changes and to this day no matter how many times we go in and update, old contacts are still in there.

With the massive website issue they had, I think a better backup system needs to be in play here. We couldn't ship 2 loads but had it been a different day, it could've been 6-10 loads. That would have been unacceptable to all parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

We have been using eZCom for many years now and there are reasons why we have never changed them for anyone else. Their level of customer service is truly unmatched. We tried other EDI companies that were good, but not great. The technicians that help you are all well trained and they will solve any problem that you throw at them. We have called for many reasons and issues that they always solved for us with courtesy and professionalism. They walk you through the process no matter how complicated the problem seems to be. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I have been using eZcom Lingo for over 10 years. My industry requires us to process some of our orders via EDi, while i am quite knowledgeable of the ins and outs, i still have questions and doubts if i am doing things correctly. Unlike all other platforms that have switched over to chatbots and Q&A forums... eZcom has always been there with an exceptional support team to guide and help me over the phone in matter of seconds!

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Multi Carton Packing Shipments, it should a one page and have an option to view all items (in my case over a 100+) and assign a Carton # number near each item... press save and you packed 19 cartons in one transaction (i had timeout issues at carton 8) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I regularly use EDI and come across new features or issues fairly regularly. What I appreicate the most is how helpful the team is each and every time i've contacted them. They are patient and walk you through new features, showing you helpful shortcuts, etc

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

The customer service! I'm impressed by how quickly my calls are answered and how much patience they show me. I'm relatively new to this software, and the more I use it, the more intuitive it becomes. There has only been one time when the representative and I couldn't find a solution to my problem. He quickly set up a Zoom call with another representative. What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Printing label function! I have customers who identify each item by UPC, and when it comes to printing all labels available for that specific UPC, it becomes somewhat of a hassle.

A pop-up when unpacking would be helpful! I learned that if I unpack, then I'll lose the labels that I've already generated. If I have a new colleague working on this, it would be great for eZCom to be my backup in warning them not to unpack, or else they'll lose their already generated labels, which could have already been printed. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

We've been using eZCom since 2017 and we are still very happy and satisfied with the service. Easy to deal with and their system is so easy to use. Customer service is superb. They will fix or resolve any concerns immediately and you have actual person to talk to anytime you need help. Other companies can only be reached thru email.
