If you have a more advanced team of multimedia designers who are accustomed to the full availablity of Adobe Suite, they can be constrained at times by Inkling. The lack of a single content library across InkDocs for images and video can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about Inkling is the ease of use for building training documents. The drag-and-drop preset patterns, along with our branding being built in, help eliminate the need to be a great designer and allow the user to focus on the content portion. Inkling helps us through many of our operational training initiatives. For Jack in the Box, onboarding is critical. We're always looking for ways to optimize the process. We add checklists, utilize communications, and execute regular new product training for all of our field employees. The platform itself is very easy to use and get started with, robust set of design features/widgets that make the pages more dynamic than other traditional learning platforms.
