It is so user friendly in most aspects when it comes to learning administration. I have been an admin for other LMSs in the past, and Docebo is so intuitive and user friendly compared to others which are way more clunky. Because they are constantly making updates, it does sometimes feel like an incomplete system. Like some things do feel like they launched this platform without entirely making it completely ready to use. E.g. I am waiting and waiting for some sort of manager dashboard where they are able to quickly see/be notified of people on their team who are overdue with trainings. Overall, the new AI features are nice to have. However, the bread and butter of Docebo is still key to it's success. The fact that we can customize access based on user profiles is really powerful. The best thing I like about Docebo is that it’s easy to use. I can see all my assigned courses in one place, and the progress tracker helps me know how much is left. Sometimes the platform feels a bit slow, especially when opening a new course or switching between sections. Also, few times it didn’t save my progress and I had to rewatch some parts again. - I tried new feature – uploading e-learnings directly from the Rise360 platform in SCORM format. It works absolutely smoothly and looks much more engaging for learners than PPTs!

- I needed to track the completion rate of courses that had to be passed by 100+ employees. I used 'New Reports' section and created a custom report for ua specific course, then I exported it as an Excel file and that's it! That's it, all the completions at a glance! Uploading a course in a SCORM format is easy, but the challenge comes when updating it. When you update it in Rise360, it would be great to integrate it with Docebo, so there will be no needs to upload a new file each time. I actually likes creating the platform to meet the needs of our people, with on line learning and weekly check ins. It was very much out of my comfort zone to start, as normally we would place our requirements and someone do the build. It was a shock to learn I was doing the build however it turned out to be one of the most rewarding tasks I have done. I would love for Docebo to have a multi language options in the search filed and when creating courses selecting multi language rather than one language. Also for the titles of course to be similar to the platform i.e. platform built in multi languages, if you have selected French as a user. the course code will show in French for multi language courses. Docebo provides a highly customizable platform that allows us to tailor the learning experience to reflect our company’s branding and voice. With HTML/CSS customization, catalog control, and flexible navigation, we’ve been able to create an environment that feels integrated with our internal tools. The API and bulk CSV options make it easier to automate and scale learning operations efficiently.

The support team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us navigate both routine tasks and complex issues. We strongly recommend phone support or above—they’re fantastic to speak with and often help us solve things faster than any ticket thread ever could.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) features could use more polish. Limitations around session-level automation, instructor permissions, dynamic group sync, and calendar formatting result in added manual work and workarounds. We've been able to continue to build out Docebo to suit our growing and expanding use cases across our multiple internal and external audiences with ease using different URLs, different user experiences and different approaches to administration. The continued rollout of upgrading the administration UX is very welcome as well as the progress that has been made to making the platform much more flexible.

The roadmap for Docebo is generally very exciting and after 5 years of being with them, we continue to see Docebo as a future strategic partner. They have become more open on their strategic priorities and it seems like they have becoming increasingly more focused on their existing customers which is great for us.

We've had some great continuity with our CSM and Account Manager which means that we've been able to develop really strong relationships and start to scope out future projects with them.

I'd still love to see more flexibility, more custom layouts and widgets for building pages. We are relying on custom CSS and HTML which can sometimes break when wider Docebo platform updates are released - but the Docebo Community is a great way to overcome any issues with these. The platform allows for flexibility in how we deliver the learning experience, it performs rather well without frequent bugs or crashes - stability is really important for us in the organization. The cost could be lower, you need to invent workarounds for things that should be easily accessible, for some useful features you need to use the clunky API (e.g. downloading content off LMS). Docebo is always innovating. They have a community site that gives product updates that show customers what is going to be released. This gives us an idea of what is on the product roadmap. Our integration is complete and was an easy process to follow. Our customer support team schedules monthly calls to make sure we are up to date on product releases and to hear feedback from our team. Docebo could use an analytics and reporting upgrade for Discover, Coach, and Share assets and channels. Right now it's very basic information and not very helpful for our client's usage. The mobile branded app needs an overhaul and I see its potential, some key misses for sure.
