Elvance has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in our Presales stack. After trying numerous platforms aimed at SEs, we consistently ran into the same issues: disconnected data, high costs, or lack of real alignment with Sales. Elvance solves all of that. It lets our SEs contribute meaningful insights directly within Salesforce, right alongside the Sales team—no more bouncing between platforms or losing context.
What really makes Elvance stand out is that it keeps everything in SFDC, so our operations team can easily build reports without friction. The scoring system is another huge win—it gives Sales reps and leaders a transparent view of deal health, which helps drive more honest and strategic conversations.
On top of the product itself, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve been hands-on throughout onboarding and made sure we were set up for success from day one.

There isn’t much to dislike. Elvance has been a huge win for our team. If I had to name something, I’d say I wish there were more options for our Elvance admins to create their own Salesforce reporting objects. That kind of flexibility would allow us to experiment more with dashboards and tailor insights to our needs without leaning on the Elvance support team.
That said, whenever we’ve needed something custom, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve always been willing to jump in and help us configure what we need, which goes a long way.
