"A Must-Have for Presales Teams That Want Real Impact"
What do you like best about Elvance?

Elvance has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in our Presales stack. After trying numerous platforms aimed at SEs, we consistently ran into the same issues: disconnected data, high costs, or lack of real alignment with Sales. Elvance solves all of that. It lets our SEs contribute meaningful insights directly within Salesforce, right alongside the Sales team—no more bouncing between platforms or losing context.

What really makes Elvance stand out is that it keeps everything in SFDC, so our operations team can easily build reports without friction. The scoring system is another huge win—it gives Sales reps and leaders a transparent view of deal health, which helps drive more honest and strategic conversations.

On top of the product itself, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve been hands-on throughout onboarding and made sure we were set up for success from day one.

What do you dislike about Elvance?

There isn’t much to dislike. Elvance has been a huge win for our team. If I had to name something, I’d say I wish there were more options for our Elvance admins to create their own Salesforce reporting objects. That kind of flexibility would allow us to experiment more with dashboards and tailor insights to our needs without leaning on the Elvance support team.

That said, whenever we’ve needed something custom, the Elvance team has been incredibly responsive. They’ve always been willing to jump in and help us configure what we need, which goes a long way. So this is not really a dislike, it's more a speed of iteration thing for our own sake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Elvance?

Better data drives better decisions. Elvance provides direct integration within Salesforce. This only increases the visibility between Sales Engineering and Sellers, Sales Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Experience. Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiencies with the collaboration within the organization. The Elvance platform as been revolutionary within Fusion Connect, finding key metrics unknown previously and changing our understanding of the Sales process. Fusion Connect is now better with this tool. This is a key application for any Sales Engineering team. If your Sales Engineering team is not using this tool, it is not as effective as it can be.

Working with Elvance has been a pleasure. They understand Sales Engineering, Salesforce, and are quick to respond to all my inquiries. From Signature, we turned up Elvance and were fully operational within 2 weeks.

What do you like best about Elvance?

This tool is incredibly user-friendly and seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, making my workflow so much smoother for my PreSales team. I have integrated it into JIRA to view product gaps and issue directly in Salesforce - our team no longer need JIRA licenses.
