The best part about Emotive is how easy the dashboard is to use and the customer experience manager. Mine has not only helped me learn the best practices of SMS but has actually implemented most of it for me. As a small business owner, they have been invaluable - adding back precious time to my day. What do you like best about Emotive?

Our company began using Emotive for our SMS marketing 1 year ago. The platform is easy to impliment and intigrate, is user-friendly, competitively and economically priced, and has significantly boosted our conversion rates while helping us capture valuable customer data. My account representative, JC, has been instrumental in making this partnership seamless. He provides exceptional support, guiding me through the various features and showing me how to maximize the platform's potential, which is key to our success! What do you like best about Emotive?

I like the ease of use. The setup is pretty straightforward and their onboarding is helpful. They have a calendar with ideas of subjects and occasions to send messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emotive?

The cost is high and I haven't really seen an ROI. Once onboarded, the assigned account manager was not as helpful. There is no option to provide a free download in exchange for phone number, only a discount is available to offer subscribers. Unfortunately, not everyone offers discounts. What do you like best about Emotive?

Emotive consistently generates a 35X ROI each and every month for my clients. Some of my clients see even greater ROI, and it all has to do with conversational messaging which allows shoppers to interact and speak to a real person via SMS.

It was super easy to implement. They have an onboarding team that helps you through the process, and no technical expertise is needed. It was amazing. It also inegrates with all of the apps we use (shopify, omnisend, zapier, etc).

A lot of SMS services allow for broadcast messaging (a la email blasts), but Emotive's approach is a bit different which allows for your shoppers to actually respond to any message you send. This generates a new level of engagement and gives your brand a chance to make a happy customer, each and every time.

The best thing about it is the pricing. Yes, there are other services out there, but Emotive's pricing is so good that I recommend it every time over any of their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emotive?

It was great working with Emotive. 10/10 for their sales pitch, and 10/10 for their customer support. I've worked with competitor SMS marketing software before but no one can beat Emotive's customer support experience. Overall when it comes to numbers, SMS marketing has been the big thing for us in 2024, and Emotive's popup and pixel surely helped a great deal in that. They actually care about your growth.
