What do you like best about Attentive?

What I like best about Attentive is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes setting up campaigns, automations, and list growth tools incredibly simple — even for someone without a deep technical background. Beyond ease of use, it’s powerful. We’ve seen a NOTICABLE increase in lead capture and engagement since launching. The interface is clean, the tools are smart, and it feels like the platform was built with real marketers in mind. What do you dislike about Attentive?

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the pricing can feel a bit steep as your list grows, especially for smaller teams or startups. That said, the value is definitely there — it’s just something to keep an eye on as your subscriber count scales. What do you like best about Attentive?

I'm very impressed by the amount of support and quickness of that support. Any issues have been thoroughly addressed and additionally, we've been onboarding to a new crm and they've been able to bend over backwards just to make that possible. What do you dislike about Attentive?

The only complaint on my end is attentive logs you out of your account every 10 minutes of inactivity then makes you log back in with your password and every 10 days they make you verify it with your sms. Their reports aren't as customizable as I would like, but I'll be digging into this more and more to see if that's just a me thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive is consistently building on their product in new and innovative ways. They open up beta programs to users and are always looking for feedback on the product and making changes accordingly. Our account rep is very knowledgeable in the platform - shout out to Adam M! He and the team come to our weekly syncs with ideas that are not just new features to pitch but ways to help us meet our goals. They get to know us and our company and provide suggestions based on how we operate and our KPIs. The portal or platform itself is easy to navigate. What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive has been a great platform for us, and one of the biggest strengths is how easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to build and manage campaigns without a steep learning curve. What really sets Attentive apart, though, is the quality of their customer service. From our customer success manager to the support staff, everyone has been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed help, and they go above and beyond to make sure our issues are resolved.

Our customer success manager, in particular, has been a fantastic resource. They’ve taken the time to understand our goals and have provided fresh insights into how we approach our SMS campaigns. By suggesting creative adjustments to both our audience targeting and messaging style, they’ve helped us unlock new opportunities and improve campaign performance. What do you dislike about Attentive?

One challenge I’ve found with Attentive is that building segments can be a bit difficult. While the platform overall is easy to use, the segmentation process isn’t quite as intuitive and can take more time than expected, especially when trying to create more detailed or customized audiences.

Another area for improvement is the accessibility of their help and support resources. Unlike other software platforms where documentation and guides are easy to find and navigate, Attentive’s resources aren’t always as readily available. While their support team is responsive when you reach out, having more self-service tools and accessible resources would make it easier to quickly troubleshoot or learn new features on our own. What do you like best about Attentive?

If I have a random general question I can always email WhiteGlove and for numbers, or feature questions, strategy advice, etc I can always email my personal Attentive Rep, which I believe is gold. Other vendors I rely on and use do take several days to get back to me, so I know that means I need to research and stop working to take time to figure out what I need. What do you dislike about Attentive?

What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate how simple it is to build campaigns and segment audiences. The prebuilt journeys are a huge time-saver and provide a helpful starting point for strategy. I especially love the conversational flow options within journeys. They’ve been a huge success for us in helping segment customers based on what they’re actually looking for and guiding them to the most relevant content or products. What do you dislike about Attentive?

When I originally signed up, we had an assigned account representative who met with us monthly. That support was helpful for staying up to date on new features and brainstorming strategy. Recently, Attentive removed direct account reps for my plan level, so now I don’t have a dedicated point of contact. This makes it harder to stay engaged or ask for guidance. I also wish there were more integrations beyond Klaviyo. For example, features like sending a text to users who didn’t open an email are great , but since we use Sendlane for email, we can’t take full advantage of those capabilities. What do you like best about Attentive?

The most helpful feature has been the pop-up and QR code functionality, which has made it easy for us to start building our email and text lists quickly. The one-on-one training sessions with a specialist have also been incredibly valuable for learning the platform and feeling confident as we move forward. We also love how seamlessly it integrates with our Mindbody account—it’s convenient to access everything in one place, and all our customer data syncs automatically across both platforms. What do you like best about Attentive?

Most user-friendly marketing software around. I haven't used many other sms marketing platforms, but Attentive is very easy to use compared to some email marketing platforms and paid ads platforms. I like the simple & fast campaign & flows set up, and the ai copywriter is awesome! SMS has performed very well in terms of clicks & sales on both automated flows and one-off campaigns. What do you dislike about Attentive?

Attentive has continued to deliver updated and improved solutions for SMS marketing success, from new AI rollouts to broader and more granular customization. There may be some room for improvement in the user pathways for creation of journeys and sign-up units, as well as the overall user interface. What do you like best about Attentive?

Very intuitive platform that is easily understood with little training, the template editor designs are very dynamic and the details panel is very comfortable for editing shapes, colors, fonts, paragraphs, etc.

Customer service is quick and most of the time effective.

- Not being able to manually add new subscribers

- Not being able to easily move pieces within campaigns

- Not being able to schedule certain pieces within a campaign while leaving others in draft
