What I like best about Smile.io is how simple and effective it makes rewarding our customers. The platform integrates seamlessly with our store, giving us the ability to create a loyalty program that feels effortless for both us and our customers. It’s intuitive to set up, easy for customers to understand, and has helped us drive repeat purchases while strengthening brand loyalty. What we dislike about Smile.io is that while it offers great features out of the box, some of the more advanced customization and integrations require higher-tier plans. It would also be helpful if reporting and analytics were a bit more robust, giving deeper insights into customer behavior and program performance without needing third-party tools.
