What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

The support team available at LoyaltyLion are incredible. They are always on hand to support with any queries about the product and solve any problems. We recently had a problem with our Attentive integration, Sathiya was extremely helpful and backfilled our data. All data is now pulling through. What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

From the initial evaluation calls to onboarding and post-launch, we have been thoroughly impressed by the LoyaltyLion team and the platform capabilities. The team helped us understand how their platform could directly support our strategy and business objectives. They demonstrated early on that they would be strong strategic partners.

Onboarding was straightforward overall. We did run into some hurdles toward the end largely because we decided to go a fully custom route and had some troubleshooting on the tech side that we had to work through. However, this is where LoyaltyLion's support really shined. Our onboarding manager was a phenomenal partner throughout and was committed to getting us to launch, providing solutions and working through issues with us.

The platform capabilities are extensive and flexible. There is so much more opportunity post-launch and we are very excited to continue partnering with LoyaltyLion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

It's really simple to use and set up. Adjusting the reward settings, tiers and points awarded is easy to do within the platform.

The customer support has also been great. We've had good support both online and through catch ups, with helpful tips on how to improve our loyalty program visibility - particularly with Klaviyo and email flows to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

Only downside is that our current plan doesn't include being able to set up Klaviyo events, which would be useful for setting up more sophisticated automated flows in the Klaviyo platform, but we'd have to upgrade our plan to be able to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

Loyalty Lion has been very well received by our customers and most find it to be very intuitive and they love getting rewarded for their purchases. It has definitely increased sales and retention so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our e-commerce platform.

Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

I would love to see a more customizable dashboard for customers. I think there should be a landing page for sign ups, hosted by the platform.

It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I think this is a major revenue opportunity for the platform.

I would like to see more out of box functionality like "double points days" so we could easily create campaigns that our subscribers would enjoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

What I appreciate most about LoyaltyLion is their outstanding customer support. Whenever I have a question, the team responds quickly and always makes me feel valued—never like I'm asking a silly question. I also love how easily it integrates with our existing tools, like Klaviyo and Attentive, allowing us to deliver a seamless loyalty experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion?

We operate retail locations, so having the ability to offer location-specific rewards or point multiplier events would be incredibly valuable for us. While the analytics dashboard is robust, it would also be helpful to segment the data between our online store and our POS locations to better understand performance across channels. What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

I’m really happy with LoyaltyLion. The onboarding was smooth and personal, with a dedicated Onboarding Manager who walked me through everything step by step. They explained each feature clearly, and the regular calls made it easy to get set up without stress. The best practices they shared were super helpful in making sure our loyalty program works perfectly for our customers.

If I had to point out one thing I’d like to see improved, it would be having even more flexibility to customize everything directly through the page editor. What do you like best about LoyaltyLion?

LoyaltyLion has been a fantastic solution for our needs. The platform offered everything we were looking for in a loyalty and rewards system - flexible, feature-rich, and easy to customize to fit our brand.

The launch process was incredibly smooth and quick, thanks to their amazing support team who guided us every step of the way and did most of the heavy lifting. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly, making the entire setup effortless.
