What do you like best about Okendo?

What do you dislike about Okendo?

What do you like best about Okendo?

We love how much functionality Okendo offers and how seamlessly it integrates with other platforms like Klaviyo. What do you like best about Okendo?

Our experience with Okendo has been great! The onboarding process was seamless, which was especially important since we had a tight deadline to get our new review platform up and running. Garrett has been incredible—always easy to communicate with, extremely helpful with training, and provided all the right documentation to guide us every step of the way. He was always responsive and even helped troubleshoot an email issue we encountered. Thanks to his support, we were able to go live on our site very quickly. What do you dislike about Okendo?

Our only minor drawback is that we’re still waiting on a connection with our current SMS platform, but the team has been quick to work on establishing it. What do you like best about Okendo?

We’ve had a fantastic experience using Okendo. Their customer support team is always available whether through chat or email, they’re quick to respond and always point us to the right resources/help articles.

The dashboard is easy to navigate, and we especially like the ability to group reviews and showcase customer attributes. These features really help our potential customers see who’s using our products and which sports they’re being used for... super helpful for building trust and context.

Okendo has also become a core part of our daily e-commerce processes. From answering customer questions on product pages to building review groups for mixed vendor or product packs, and even reviewing and approving AI generated summaries to increase add-to-cart rate, Okendo supports several key touchpoints that directly impact conversion and customer trust.

Our quarterly meetings with the Okendo team are another highlight. They consistently help us identify new features and missed opportunities that are within reach and often require none to minimal dev work to implement.

Implementation was a breeze. The migration from our previous reviews platform feels like so long ago. I only remember preparing a full review import file, doing a quick round of QA, and we were live. After a bit of fine-tuning and branding to match our PDP template, the widget felt perfectly integrated into our site.

Recently, I was tasked with increasing review ratings for a specific product that needed a little boost. Alex from Okendo jumped in right away, helped me create a targeted campaign, and supported me through the entire process. After prepping the customer file and doing a few tests, I felt confident launching the campaign using their support dashboard and the results were great thanks to an exclusive reward that was created for this particular campaign.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the import/export and reporting process. I wish I could export reviews for specific brands, products, or categories instead of only being able to export all reviews at once. A timeline or date range filter would also be helpful. What do you like best about Okendo?

We're primarily using Okendo for reviews, and the UI has been much better than the company we switched from! Moderation is super easy, as is customizing the settings and widgets. We recently started utilizing some of the AI tools and are excited to see how that affects conversion. We also use surveys, and those have proved helpful in learning more about our consumer. What do you like best about Okendo?

I really like the Okendo platform and subscription model for how easy it is to add and remove functionality. I think having all of the offerings in one place and interface is a great way to ensure customers get the most out of the platform and services. It also encourages adding on additional services because there is less onboarding than starting with a new platform. The service level that the account team provides is also stellar, and I always feel like the people I'm talking to are invested in us making the software work for our business. What do you dislike about Okendo?

When first onboarding, it can be overwhelming to navigate and get over the learning curve for the interface of the platform. The builders for some of the offerings are also a bit clunky. What do you like best about Okendo?

Since integrating Okendo’s reviews on our site about two months ago, we’ve been incredibly impressed with both the platform and the level of support we’ve received. From the very beginning, the Okendo team has been attentive, responsive, and invested in understanding our goals and helping us achieve them. Their support has made the entire onboarding and implementation process seamless, ensuring everything was set up even quicker than we expected.

The insights, features, and on-site customization options have significantly enhanced the customer experience, making reviews a much more engaging and intuitive on our PDPs. What do you like best about Okendo?

What do you dislike about Okendo?

There’s very little to dislike — Okendo covers most of our needs really well! The only thing I’d call out is that exporting reviews based on specific products isn’t as straightforward as we’d like. It would be great to have a more intuitive way to filter and export reviews by product directly from the dashboard.
