What do you like best about Attentive?

The Attentive platform is so intuitive. The reporting capabilities are great, and it's incredibly easy to set up campaigns from start to finish. The White Glove customer support and chat service is incredible and so responsive; it's quick and easy to solve any issues whether technical or user error. What do you dislike about Attentive?

It's difficult to obtain information about who the subscribers are within segments - the segments and customers within them are not easily downloadable, so you cannot use segment analysis for customer research like you can with some other ESPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive makes it incredibly easy to set up personalized, high-converting SMS campaigns. The platform is intuitive and offers robust segmentation tools, automated journeys, and A/B testing features that have helped us drive measurable ROI. Their customer support team is also top-tier—responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. I especially appreciate how quickly they adapt to platform updates and new compliance requirements. What do you dislike about Attentive?

The biggest drawback is the reporting. While it covers high-level performance, it's not robust enough for deeper analysis. It can be challenging to break down results by specific segments or cohorts, and there’s limited flexibility when exporting data for custom dashboards. What do you like best about Attentive?

Attentive’s segmentation tools are strong and make it easy to target users based on behavior or lifecycle stage. Their sign-up units are also flexible and effective for list growth. What do you dislike about Attentive?

Journey-building is one of the areas that needs improvement. There’s limited flexibility in setting up complex automations, and building even simple flows can be time-consuming. What do you like best about Attentive?

The customer support is easily the best part of Attentive. Our Customer Success Manager is wonderful - we report an issue, and before we can even blink an eye, the problem is solved. Attentive really seems to care about our success and feels like a part of our own team. I could go on and on - the builder is very intuitive, the journeys have a great user interface, and the pricing is fair and balanced. The best thing about Attentive is the team behind the product. Even though the platform is easy to use, having great account management really makes the platform shine. The team really feels invested in our success and they are constantly innovating not only from a technical standpoint but from a strategic one as well. What do you dislike about Attentive?

I do not like the Email/SMS pop up builder, it is very limited so I have ended up using another tool to accomplish my needs. But if you need just a simple pop up they make that easy. If you need complex segments you will have to make that outside of attentive and import it. The UX can be frustrating at times and not save things when you think you have saved it.
