FastFox is a time-saving typing expander that can make difficult shortcuts easy. I can set keyboard shortcuts for commonly used phrases, email templates, and even images, so I save a ton of time daily. The autocomplete feature also learns my frequently typed words and predicts them as I type, which helps me type faster. The UI is very basic, and it's compatible with all the apps without any issues. Creating new shortcuts is both easy and quick, so nothing can be faulted on ease of implementation here. I also love their customer service, which is so responsive and always solves every question and issue on my hands. And it does rich text, which is very useful. FastFox is very useful, but its interface looks old and needs to be updated. It also doesn’t have cloud sync, so if I want to use my shortcut library on another device, I have to manually back it up first. Every once in a while (and for some users, more than every once in a while), the autocomplete suggestions can pick the worst possible times to pop up. A better onboarding guide or tutorials for new users would also be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
