My favorite aspect of Fathom is in its ease and simplicity. Simply download and your Fathom joins your meetings. One thing that sets Fathom apart is its pricing. I appreciate that I am able to record unlimited meetings without the headache of picking and choosing which meetings I need to allocate my notetaker's hours to with some other Ai note takers.
I've found the summaries Fathom creates to be extremely accurate in comparision to other Ai's and I appreciate the ability to change the template depending on if I am having a stand up meeting with my dev team, or a meeting with a client to take their ideas and implement it into our product for them. The fact that Fathom remains free after its month long premium trail motivates me to support the product as it has immensly helped with my day to day note taking in meetings, and sharing them with my developer team.
I also enjoy Fathom's Highlight features as well as the ability to click the todo box and it automatically generates a quick report of the action item along with the Ai action item feature post meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest issue with Fathom is the inability to invite it to adhoc meetings or meetings between me and another team member in Teams. I primarly use Teams so I am unsure what features are on Zoom's end, but this is my biggest pain point as I have to create meetings for every one on one I have with my co-workers if I would like to use my Fathom.
Other than that, I am pretty happy with Fathom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
