What do you like best about Flashpoint?

1. Search results typically load faster than they did in FP tools.

2. Actor profiles are very helpful

What do you dislike about Flashpoint?

1. We have been involved with Beta testing for months and very key features in fp.tools that we have said we need to see in Ignite are not being integrated (most notably a quick look timeline for search results)

2. We are still getting inconsistencies in results across both platforms

3. Loading failures are still occuring

4. Ignite AI is not useful for the granulatity of research that our analysts do - a lot of the actors we focus on are not the very common ones covered in intelligence products.

5. We understand that Flashpoint is leaning more heavily on the malware and cyber threats focus, but it seems as though it's coming at the expense of the traditional dark web monitoring offierings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flashpoint offered a comprehensive list of all the features we needed, including: dark web monitoring, executive and domain protection, threat intelligence feeds, and 3rd party vendor monitoring. What do you dislike about Flashpoint?

It's slow to load when scrolling through a thread. The search functionality can also be somewhat unreliable. In particular, we need to have a reliable way of identifying all posts from a unique user on a platform (e.g. User ID on Telegram). This doesn't appear to exist for non-Telegram forums. What do you like best about Flashpoint?

The user interface is a lot cleaner and the mechanics of navigating through Ignite is much faster. The best thing about Ignite is the ability to submit RFI's directly through the platform, and the ability to request access to closed online communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I have disliked so far is how long it has taken to get our alerts transferred over to Ignite from FPtools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flashpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We track what fraudsters are saying about us on the underground fraud communities on various forums and Telegram chats. This allows us to diligently track threat actors and fraudsters across multiple communities and create security controls based upon what methods fraudsters are using to perform fraud against us. We also use Flashpoint to monitor standard cybersecurity threat actors such as APT and financially motivated threat actors and their activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
