I use a very small piece in GoAnywhere (Resources & Workflows for SFTP Transfers), but there is so much available that the options are unlimited. We now have files transferring hourly, daily, & weekly to our cloud environment. I appreciate everything available including scheduling, monitors, reports, and notifications. I am not a programmer and worked with our system engineer to set up our transfers and he was also new to GoAnywhere. When he got stuck, GoAnywhere Support provided the answers and after much trial and error, we finally got everything working. I did finally get training, but it was too high level. Instead, it would be nice to receive detailed training on setting up different Resources & Projects with all the options before we started using the product. I do really prefer it for its robust security and seamless integration with our current work system.

I use it on daily basis as there is a frequent requirement for automating the file transfer.

Its ease of implementation and user friendly interface allows me to operate efficiently.

Its comes exceptionally great features to work but its customer support response could is recommended to reduce as there is a frequent lag in response.

What I like best about GoAnywhere MFT is the automation and visibility it gives us over file transfers. Earlier, we were relying on custom scripts and manual scheduling, which made it hard to track failures or prove compliance during audits. Sometimes the initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many configuration options. Few features like PGP key management and advanced triggers weren’t immediately intuitive without digging through documentation. Automated file transfers allow me to avoid relying on multiple products and scripts to manage our processes. Like inbuilt scheduler to run workflows, automated email alerts and file processing when done.

Has secure cloud file transfers and can also connect with web apps i use like dropbox and salesforce.

The feature which I like most about it are its strong and ease API integration support and automation capabilities within development workflows.

Not only this, but it also allows me to schedule and monitor my file transfer on daily basis with custom scripts.

I platform is feature-rich but still there are some areas of improvement when dealing with complex large files.

We used GoAnywhere MFT mainly for moving files from different on-prem healthcare systems to Azure for our cloud data platform.

We used it to pull files from systems like SAP and other EHR/EMR sources and then move those to Azure Blob and mount in Databricks

The trigger-based jobs are useful for automating things without too much manual work

SFTP, FTPS support

Audit logs helped during compliance
