What I like best about GoodData is how clean and customizable the dashboards are. I like that Good Data is a versatile tool - you can achieve very much with it once you get the grip of it. It also has a very good support so if you ca't find sometging in the documentation or you need to get back to the state from day before, they react very quickly and almost every time solve the problem to customer's satisfaction.

Learning how to work with GoodData is not intuitive - I can't imagine learning it by myself as I did with other reporting tools.

What I liked most is that you dont need to be a business intelligence expert to use and create dashboards.
