"HBS: Best sales tool"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub distinguishes itself for several important reasons, and I’d like to highlight what I consider its strongest features. First, the platform is extremely user-friendly, with an intuitive and thoughtfully designed interface. This makes it easy for even non-technical sales teams to get started quickly, without facing a steep learning curve.

Another major advantage is its integration with HubSpot CRM. Because Sales Hub is part of the broader HubSpot ecosystem, it connects effortlessly with marketing, customer service, and CMS tools. This seamless integration provides a unified view of customer data, which is invaluable for managing the entire customer journey.

The automation and efficiency tools are also impressive. With features like email sequences, task automation, and workflow triggers, sales representatives can save significant time and concentrate on high-value activities rather than repetitive manual follow-ups.

Email tracking and templates are particularly useful as well. The ability to see when prospects open or click on emails, combined with access to effective templates and the option to personalize outreach at scale, greatly enhances engagement rates.

Reporting and analytics are another strong point. The dashboards are clean, customizable, and offer real-time insights into pipeline performance, deal velocity, and team productivity.

Finally, HubSpot’s scalability stands out. Whether you’re a startup or a large enterprise, the platform adapts to your needs, making it flexible enough to support both small teams and complex sales organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Adaptation: While the platform offers a wide range of features, it can be challenging to set up and customize without adequate training or support.

Feature Limitations: Certain aspects, such as reporting, recurring revenue tracking, and quoting tools, do not offer much flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful and easy-to-use tool for sales tracking and automation"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage pipelines, track deals, and automate repetitive tasks. The integration with email and CRM is seamless, which helps in personalizing outreach and improving follow-ups. I also like the detailed reporting dashboards that give clear insights into sales performance and team productivity. The ease of implementation and the wide range of features make it suitable for both small teams and growing businesses. I have been using it on a daily basis, and this helps me keep track of each customer and lets my team provide better customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

While the core features are excellent, some advanced functionalities are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for smaller organizations. At times, customization options for reports and workflows feel a bit limited compared to other tools. Additionally, the mobile app could be more responsive and feature-rich to match the desktop experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It keeps my sales process seamless by auto-syncing CloudTalk notes and Google Calendar meetings."
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

As a daily user, What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it acts like the nerve center of my sales workflow. Instead of jumping between tools, it pulls everything together — from my AI call notes in CloudTalk to my Google Calendar meetings — and makes it instantly available in one place. I’m not just saving time every day; I’m also walking into every conversation better prepared because all the context I need is already waiting for me inside HubSpot. Its easy to implement & Support is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that while the integrations and automation are fantastic, some of the advanced customization options can feel a bit limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan. It would be great if more flexibility was available out of the box without needing add-ons or workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot, is it worth the hype?"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I use HubSpot a lot. To be quite honest, "a lot" is still a little by how much I use this platform. As an active user who creates deals and quote, it has saved me a lot of time. Not only you send quotes to client, but also track each stage of the deal. The mind-blowing it's the follow ups. With so much in mind, it's easy for things to slips, but with HubSpot, I get reminders to check -in internally and with clients.

I'm all about AI, automations and innovations, so I appreciate a platform that can offer me all three. You can take advantage of integrations and many more cool features. So the final question, is it worth the hype?

Yes, if you're into innovations, data reports and integrations, then the answer is yes. And their Customer support replies fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

You need to grand permission for every little detail. It can be a bit annoying as this is not limited to the user roles, therefore you need to give permissions for level access individually depending on the tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HubSpot Sales Hub is super easy to use. The layout is simple and everything is easy to find. Even if you’re not good with tech stuff, you can still manage your sales, keep track of deals, and set up automation without any hassle. It keeps all my customer info in one place and helps me see how my sales are going. I also like that it connects easily with my email and other tools I already use. It really saves me time and makes my work a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Sometimes, the contact and deal information doesn’t sync automatically, which can cause mistakes. Setting up advanced features or workflows takes some time to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most complete CRM platform to believe"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

From experience with more "traditional" products, Hubspot is by far the best comprehensive CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service solution available on the market. Its automation model allows for building complete marketing, sales, and service processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I believe the mobile APP still has opportunities, integrate natively with messaging tools like WhatsApp and Telegram and integrate it into the conversation module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best sales platform to manage client experience and deal management"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us manage all of our sales operations and automate workflows which helps us do more with less. It's easy to use, the deployment is quick and the results are powerful. Our clients loves the platform because the quick wins are obvious. It's also a platform that is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

First and foremost, I don't actually have a lot of things that I dislike about the platform. There is, inevitably, manual tasks to do inside the CRM. But at the end, if you're well organize, you will be even more organize with this platform. Manual tasks won't bother you that much.

It could be seen as an expensive platform at first, but when you start using it, you quickly see how it can help you close more leads and see the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales and Client Management for Legal Services"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The integration with the CRM makes it simple to track client interactions and follow up in a timely way. Email tracking and pipeline visibility help us stay organised and ensure no opportunity is overlooked. It saves time by automating routine tasks, provides clear visibility into the status of client matters, and improves collaboration across the team. The reporting tools also give valuable insights into performance and client engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Some features are complex at first and require training to use effectively. The pricing can also be a barrier for smaller teams. Customisation can be limited in certain areas, and occasionally syncing data across integrations takes longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customization and tracking"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

First of all, regular feature improvements build trust that pain points are taken seriously and product is iterative. I love the new workspaces because my reps need a command center. I love the customization to create the ideal workflow, build in custom approval system with variable approvers (HubSpots approval system is too rigid for us) and track adoption and training needs. We close Deals faster, with more data, improving our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

My main complaint is Line Items as a second-class object, I need access controls and workflow functionality. CPQ launch doesn’t address my specific concerns but was definitely a need for many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
