What I like best about Harmony Email & Collaboration is how intuitive and accessible it is.

The web access is smooth and reliable, and the Infinity Portal makes navigation and management surprisingly easy even for non technical users.

What I dislike most about Harmony Email & Collaboration is the cost it can feel a bit steep, especially for smaller teams.

While the platform itself is solid, the pricing might make you think twice. Also, the official documentation could be more intuitive. Sometimes I find myself digging around or needing to ask support for things that should be easier to find or explain.

While Harmany has a lot to offer, there are a few pain points to consider. Users switching from Gmail or outlook might some time to adjust, as the interface works differently. The AL tools can be hit or miss sometimes helpful, other times a little of. some of the more powerful features are locked behind higher-tier and occasional sync glitches can throw off your workflow. The system is easy to implement into Office365 and Google Workspace using the provided wizards for each SaaS app. Just provide admin approval and off it goes making the necessary changes.

It offers a wealth of customizable protection options that allow for fine grained protection for various users and groups depending on your needs.

What I like about Harmony email and collaboration is its use of AI and ML to proactively detect and block threats.The integration with checkpoints Threatcloud also strengths real-time threat intelligence, providing an added layer of security to our organization. For me HEC lacks granular reporting and analytics. It offers basic reporting functionality, more detailed , customizable reports and advanced analytics would be great to get deep insights into email security. Setup was a buggy mess and had to be redone multiple times. Still don't have legacy scanning for Google Drive and missing phishing testing for Google workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is a little slow to respond but is normally helpful. I have had 2 incidents where emails which should have been quarantined still got delivered due to a "processing error", but otherwise it has been pretty solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Harmony Email provides advanced filtering, threat detection and unmatched security in the email workspace. I like the web interface in Check Point Infinity Platform that lets me see quarentined emails in Check Point and Microsoft 365 outlook, also there are many filtering options to find emails. Check Point's email filtering and service is exceptional. Their support is very fast when opening tickets, but most of all their product has prevented us from having business email compromises. Implementation is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we implemented the product, there have been a couple of major email delivery issues that lasted several hours. Check Point did keep us updated throughout their troubleshooting to fix the issues. They also provide documentation of what to do when email delivery issues occur.
