What do you like best about Harri?

It is a great Worforce Managment system. The Recruitment and Onboarding side of the systam is userfrindly, allowing many users to be involved in the recruitment process. Sending Onboarding docment via Harri is flawless. It was easy to implemen the system and the support provided by the Implemetation team, Customer Success Manager and the Online Support team is impeccapable. The System also integrates with Job boards, taking away the challenge of managing many Job boards. Managers trained on the system finding it very easy to use and allows them to reach out to candidates fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harri?

I personally do not see any downsides in the system. The recruitment process from Posting an advert to hiring a candidate is very smooth and efficent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is user friendly and provides all workforce management solutions from recruitment to day-to-day management in one go. It's a platform that never stops evolving to provide better experience for both employee and employer. It's customer support team is amazing, and never fails to address issues in a prompt manner. What do you dislike about Harri?

Ever changing customer support managers.

Some errors and glitches within the system - it's not perfect but I aknowledge that Harri technicians act upon every error that is pointed out fairly quickly.

It lacks a few vital fuctions- a document space where company's policies and handboks can be stored, employee performace section. CommsHub is a bit clumsy to use hence why it hasn't replaced Whatsapp within our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Harri?

Very user friendly, easy to use it, quick process, great statistics, easy to manage the job advert, send emails and messages, great for adding notes and sending emails (unusessful etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harri?

Sometimes short work experience on the candidate's dashbaord is not always matching with experience on their CV.

The onboarding process is too long and too confusing for the candidates - 4 stages (1 - Turst ID check, 2 - send offer letter, 3 - send other documets, 4 - send contract), it could be shorten to maximum 2 stages (1 - trust ID check, 2 - send all documents in one go).

Messages - the unread messages should be on the top, otherwise it shows that you have undread messages, but not sure where from, when we have so many candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont like that it keeps changing. Its hard to keep up with whats changing and why, train it to 15 managers and then something else changes. New interface which is a pain to use, coreHR which i dont see much of a point to. I've been using harri for almost 10years but it feels like they're still building it. What do you like best about Harri?

Harri provides the benefits of the big job boards in one place: your job listing will appear on the your preferred platform, you can easily track the source of your application and Harri gives you an easy-to-work-with tool to manage applicants from the beginning to onboarding and hiring.

Their customer support is excellent, and always quick to help should you have any enquiries.

It's easy to use, I like the swimlanes, so you're able to manage candidates efficiently. You're able to message candidates directly in Harri, so all comms are in the same place - leave notes/tags against candidates profiles and know if they've enquired before. In regards to onboarding, it's compliant with right to work in the uk regulations, so its easy for RTW checks. It's also straight forward when sending documents and it's relatively easy creating new documents that you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
