Getting started with HelloFax only takes a few minutes. The plans are priced relatively low compared to other faxing services I've looked at or tried. The overall service quality is excellent. Faxes are sent and received very quickly. The account dashboard is designed with basic graphic elements and simple buttons and links to navigate to different features. I like being able to access my old faxes and pull up contact information within the HelloFax account. Also, we don't have to hear the squeaky sound of a fax machine. Just the simplicity of it. HelloFax focuses on faxing rather than all sorts of auxiliary business services like some other online communications software. The fees are reasonable and flexible. I dislike having to think of something to dislike since I like HelloFax a lot. I think one downside of using an online faxing service like this, compared to a regular fax machine, is the security risks of someone accessing your account and being able to view and alter things in it. HelloFax keeps faxing tasks as simplified as can be. I like that we can get notifications and access our faxes through our HelloFax online account at any time from anywhere. If it doesn't already, Hellofax should have an option to add a contacts list for frequently used numbers. It does remember them and makes suggestions using the numbers only, but it would be far more convenient to have a contacts list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was worried that the transmission wouldn't go through, even though it almost always did. In one case (IIRC) the fax just wouldn't go through, but I don't think this is any different than using a regular fax machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The handling of fax devices was always one of the most difficult tasks for office papers. I've already submitted faxes electronically using a variety of device and a browser, however HelloFax makes it much easier to sign in and get all the resources ready for me in simplified form. I guess the only important qualification to use HelloFax is to have a connection to the internet. And submitting a fax would be a concern if there are situations when I don't get a connection to the internet.
