Setting up Hopscotch was incredibly easy. In just one afternoon, I was able to create and launch our very first product tour on our SaaS platform—no developer time was needed. The visual editor is very user-friendly; it is like working with a design tool, which made it perfect for my marketing team to take full control of the process. We are using it every day to introduce new users, and the feature of different user segments having their own personalized tours has been amazing. The directions in the app have, to a large extent, replaced the basic "how-to" support tickets, which is something our customer success team is very happy about. The core features of the product/service are great, but I think the analytics were quite basic at the beginning. Completion rates are visible, however, figuring out which steps are most abandoned for the rest of the process had to be done manually. It is my understanding that they are working on it, but as a data-driven marketer, I would prefer to have more built-in funnel analysis. Moreover, the support we received from the customer service team was good, however, for most of the small questions, I had to take help from their documentation as there is no live support 24/7 for our timezone.
