We worked with a lot of spreadsheets, slides and other tools before. With ITONICS, everything related to innovation and new product development is finally in one place. The different visualization tools (radar, matrix, boards, roadmaps) are great. We use them a lot in presentations and on internal/external websites. The customer success and support teams are great. The greatest benefits of ITONICS are probably the vast features: foresight and trend management, data visualization, the ease of use are unparalleled in my experience. What I like most about the product is its powerful visualizations like the radar and the matrix and the connectivity of these data points. The platform is highly configurable which was ideal as some changes needed to be made during the softrolllout. With the landing pages, we were able to guide users and specifically show what was relevant for the stakeholder group. Setting up the platform took more time and effort than we expected. It was a bit of a challenge, but the ITONICS support was there to guide us through the process. Management should focus more on IoT, augmentation and ofcourse AI, ML etc.
