As a Senior Project Manager at Affidea, I am responsible for implementing IQM across 15 countries. Although I do not use IQM regularly, the feedback from the quality managers in these countries has been overwhelmingly positive, indicating their satisfaction with the application. While the initial usage of IQM may seem challenging, Jeff Blackburn-Elliot, our consultant, has provided exceptional support during training and database configuration. Jeff's proactive approach, constant willingness to help, and insightful suggestions have been invaluable.
Coordinating the configuration with quality teams from 15 different countries, each with unique personalities and local regulations, has been a formidable task. However, Jeff's involvement has significantly eased and enhanced this process, making it more enjoyable. The integration journey, though long, has been remarkably smooth with Jeff on board. As the IQM databases are now in use across all 15 countries, we are receiving an increasing number of requests, primarily related to issues. Unfortunately, the IT Support process is not yet live due to challenges in coordinating and integrating the Ideagen and Affidea support processes. Despite raising our questions and concerns with Ideagen Customer Support several weeks ago, there has been no progress. This situation is complicating the handover to Affidea operations.
