"Makes integrations fast and stress-free"
What do you like best about Integration App?

The thing I love most is how simple it is to set up automations between apps—no deep coding needed. The user interface is intuitive, and it just works. It's saved me a ton of time connecting tools like Slack and HubSpot. I also like the built-in logs for tracking activity, which helps when troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

Some advanced features could be better documented, and a few integrations don’t have as many customization options as I’d hoped. I had to reach out to support a couple of times for clarity, which slowed me down a bit. More built-in templates or examples would definitely help new users ramp up faster. "Easiest setup and great support"
What do you like best about Integration App?

- The building blocks make it quite easy to set up blueprints for common integration scenarios that can be reused for multiple external systems. E.g., one can set up a single flow or field mapping to use with several CRMs.

- Field mappings are a 1st class citizen and can easily be applied to several integrations. These can be made dynamic out-of-the-box as well, allowing individual customers of our platform to extend their field mappings.

- We had a read-only integration with HubSpot, incl. field mapping running in our WebApp within half a day without prior experience.

- Their support has been great so far; they've been the most responsive and helpful of all contenders during our evaluation, taking the time to answer all our questions even on short notice.

Another plus was that operating it ourselves seemed way simpler than competitors. We only did a PoC for this during our evaluation, though. We're using the managed service for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

IaC-like integration into our progressive testing-/release-pipeline is cumbersome. It does work with their CLI at the end of the day, but could be better, e.g., by following a fully declarative approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integration.app: streamlining integrations that simply work"
What do you like best about Integration App?

After testing several integration platforms, Integration.app stood out as our top choice. Its intuitive interface and architecture make creating and managing integrations a breeze.

Integration.app delivers all necessary functionality with the right depth, eliminating unnecessary bloat. We were able to rapidly integrate target third-party systems without any prior knowledge. Data sources and field mappings can be defined in a generalized way and therefore be reused across different connected services that abstract the same kind of data. This was a game-changer for us. Their support has been consistently outstanding pre- and post-sales.

More so, compared to competitors, their self-hosting solution was significantly easier to roll out and maintain during our evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

The tooling for automated management of platform configuration in its current state is functional, but has room for improvement. The platform's ongoing development and planned features for upcoming releases promise to significantly enhance the value, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The right people for the job"
What do you like best about Integration App?

If you need anything more than a basic barebone integration(and who doesn't?) you need Integration.app's team!

We needed to quickly connect two integrations not offered out-of-the-box on any platform, including Integration.app. We've reached out to the Integration.app's team and they kindly offered to build the integration for us for a small fee. The feedback loop was extremely fast thanks to the slack channel with tens of messages flying back and forth each week. Whenever we've found a bug it was investigated within 24 hours and the engineers were extremely helpful to us.

Working with Integration.app allowed us to have a standardised input into our system which is now integration-agnostic thanks to Integration.app doing the heavy lifting for us. Would recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

Be sure to think about the edge cases before kicking off the work. Integrations are a complex subject and whatever you won't include in the scope will delay your work later. Be sure to prepare the test environment covering all of the edge cases and test each of the integration's releases against it.

Also be sure to outline the expected JSON responses from the Integration.app beforehand. There's a nice cursor-based pagination available but you need to either find it in the UI or ask the Integration.app's team for that.

The UI itself is a bit complex. Thanks to that sky is the limit and if you need something complex you'll most probably be able to do that just fine. However, it takes some time to get used to field mapping UI and pagination settings. There's no saving button/confirmation anywhere so you have to be precise about the changes you make. I'd advise having a separate test environment for your experiments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Affordable, and Exactly What I Needed"
What do you like best about Integration App?

What I like most is how fast and flexible Integration App is. I got complex workflows up and running without all the usual tech headaches. Plus, the AI help is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

It’s powerful but not super beginner-friendly. Debugging custom flows can be tricky, and pricing isn’t always clear. Takes a bit of time to get comfortable, especially without detailed docs. Once you’re in, though, it’s smooth and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integration.app is the new-generation of integrating with SaaS tools + world class support"
What do you like best about Integration App?

The guys did an outstanding job just across the board, from any of the conversations we've had, the design of the product and our interactions with them.

It's an integration product built by developers, for developers. The others that I saw in Vue, were not for me, it's a lot of diagrams flows, but if I want to touch it via API or interact with it somehow, as a developer, almost impossible. Integration.app really stands out. It's exactly what I was hoping to find and we're very, very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

Nothing for now, we’re very happy with it from product experience to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best universal data model integration application on the market"
What do you like best about Integration App?

The ability to scale and handle multiple integrations across a multi-tenated environment is a huge need of ours. In addition to having a great way of managing universal data models to handle different kinds of similar integrations, the ability to customize based on the uniqueness is very important. The customer service has been incredible thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

Nothing at this poin has caused any significant issues. The biggest issue was a minor redirect on the interface that has been identified and addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This tool has helped us speed up integration with 3rd parties and improve our apps' security."
What do you like best about Integration App?

From the beginning, the team was available to us; they helped us to understand the platform, optimize our use, and extend what they didn't have yet. Certainly, the support would be one of their great strengths.

Also, their resources, including SDKs and documentation for each connector or the platform itself, are of high quality, and we always get to do what we set out to do. It is really easy for us to integrate into our projects; we didn't take more than a week for the implementation, and we're always able to extend it via their visual platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

Although this is something they will modify over time, as they are always taking our constructive feedback and applying it to their platform, it is true that for now, the UX is not as intuitive as we would like it to be, and sometimes we need extra help to find things. Something that can be easily improved and they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Truly, the most flexible integration platform that I've used"
What do you like best about Integration App?

There's a lot to like:

-- Philosophy --

The website claims that integration.app is infinitely flexible and allows you to integrate with any system that provides an API.

After using the product and examining its constructs, I can safely say it lives up to its claim.

I haven't seen any other integration platform with this much flexibility.

-- Product --

The product has the following constructs: Connectors, Data Sources, Field Mappings, App Schemas, Data Link tables, Actions and Flows.

Basically, you define your application's schemas under App Schemas and then configure the remaining constructs to apply necessary transformations and mappings to them. You can also modify the constructs of the same integration at a customer-level if required, which is awesome.

These constructs are well-designed and intuitive! After exploring the different constructs, I figured out how to use them within a few hours.

In the places where I got stuck, I could find my way through the documentation, and for further help and clarification, the team helped promptly via Slack.

Being a young company, the product is constantly improving in layout and features. There are a few UI bugs here and there, but I haven't encountered any bugs in the integrations running in production.

Now, given the immense flexibility, one might think that building integrations would be very time-consuming.

I was surprised by how many ready-to-use "templates" and pre-built connectors are available for each kind of integration. The best part is that you can quickly modify them to your needs via the UI or code if required.

Also, for transformations that are more complex to be possible via any UI element, code blocks are available in the connector logic that allows you to directly modify the request and response of any API via Javascript.

My use case was building out accounting integrations for the top 3 accounting tools. Within the first week, I figured out how things worked and how to integrate this platform with my own application.

After that, building out the integrations for the different accounting tools was a breeze. For one of the accounting tools, it was as simple as adding a connector and adding it to the actions that I needed, which literally took only around 15-20 minutes.

-- Security --

They're SOC2 certified, so that's good enough for most, including me. Additionally, if really required, they support on-premise deployments so you can truly keep your data with you. I'm sure it comes at an increased cost, but hey, having the option to do so is great.

-- Documentation --

The documentation is pretty good. It gives you a good understanding of the different constructs. I used the documentation sparingly since the UI itself was pretty intuitive.

-- Team & Support --

The team is excellent and friendly. Communication is via a Slack channel and I get almost all of my queries answered within a few minutes to an hour. Because of time-zone differences, some questions take a bit more time to answer, but that's acceptable.

The team considers all bug and feature requests and is receptive to customer feedback.

-- Pricing --

I couldn't have asked for better pricing. They have different pricing models—by connector or by customer. This should be flexible enough for any use case.

From what I've seen, the product seems to be priced attractively compared to Unified API products and other IPAAS providers. Couple that with the fact that you can build almost any integration quickly, and it's a no-brainer.

All in all, it is an excellent product with a great team and a great price. I've enjoyed using the product and working with the team and will continue to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration App?

There's not a lot to dislike. Most of my "negatives" (if you can even call them that) are attributed to it being a young company.

Being a young platform, some features are missing, but most are already in the pipeline, and the team ships quickly.

Mostly, you'll just need to get used to the moderately frequent UI changes. So, once in a while, you'll need to explore the UI to understand new layouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
