While ironSource has been a go-to platform for mobile advertising, a recent, unexpected decrease in interstitial ad impressions warrants scrutiny. The volume halved overnight across 2 accounts under my management, a significant concern given the direct impact on revenue. This abrupt change, inconsistent with normal market fluctuations ( traffic was the same when it came to quantity and quality ), raises questions about the reliability of ironSource's system. Equally disconcerting is my interaction with their support team. While they are generally responsive and eager to assist, there are instances where the relevance of their responses is questionable.
