The color palette is not very harmonious for my taste. In the first days of use, we experienced problems with the software. But after contacting Support, they told us what the nuances were, we did not include one option. There were a few bugs as well, but they were quickly eliminated.

We like JoinU software because this software has a lot of functionality and because JoinU allows you to solve a large number of problems and issues in less steps. Universal functionality for meeting rooms that fits together in one software solution. Screen mirroring from any OS at the same time, we can share the screen with the whole team at the same time during meetings, it helps a lot when discussing a new release or introducing new ideas.

A lot of video conferencing apps are gathered in one JoinU app (We constantly use MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Slack as we work with different partners, and all these applications are launched in one click. But there are also a large number of applications available, and as far as I remember, there is an option to add any application manually to the JoinU quick launch menu) and this Apps are always up to date and always ready for urgent meetings. JoinU has helped us out many times, and most importantly, it is stable, it is important for us.

One of our partners needed to connect from another app than we use. Our sysadmin told to use JoinU and where screenshare our partner to the general conference call. For 5 hours – without issues! And even more – after a wild admin told us that we where able to connect him from that app directly with JoinU.
